Q: Is there an A B speaker switch?

Yes. There are connections on the back for 2 pairs of speakers and a button on the front that lets you play A speakers, B speakers, A+B speakers or no speakers.

Q: does this product have a phono jack?

The unit has the larger 1/4" stereo jack labeled "Phones". I had not tried it previously but I dug out a cheap pair of headphones which had the more usual 3.5 mm plug and applied an adapter I had and the headphones worked fine. You can find a 1/4" to 1/8" converter jack just about anywhere electronics are sold. Maybe even on Amazon.

Q: How do you connect the STRDH130 to a TV and the speakers? We have a year-old 55-inch Samsung and know it will be in stereo.

I, too, have a 6-month-old Samsung 55", and have connected the TV to my stereo amp using a male earphone jack (3.5) to male RCA Jack cable. There is an audio-out earphone jack on the back of the TV.
