NOW Foods Sleep, 90 Vegetarian Capsules

They work! I take just one prior to bedtime (about an hour before turning in). They do have a slight smell of the Valerian Root. But it's not overbearing. There's no after taste. No burp. And the pills are easy to swallow. I wouldn't be caught without these.

This definitely helps me to sleep well at night. I have to also say, I do not use this alone. I take several different supplements plus a CBN gummie.

These smell bad but it's worth the smell because they actually work. I've tried every supplement out there and although I don't sleep through the night I do get some solid hours of sleep when I take 2 of these about an hour before bed.

These are amazing. My local whole foods store recommended them but they never have them in stock so I started ordering them on Amazon. I don't feel groggy in the morning. It helps my mind stop racing so I can sleep and if I wake up in the middle of the night, because of the dogs or to use the restroom, I can fall back to sleep. I started taking the after my sister passed away and I just couldn't sleep. I didn't want to take pills for any of it. I told the folks at the local store what was going on and why I couldn't sleep and they immediately recommended this product. I don't take it every night. Just when I know I'm going to struggle at night.

Smells awful. Not odd. Awful.

Okay they smell odd, but zero taste. Just take them. Sleeping better than I have in months. All night. Unbelievable. Now on my high priority list.

My wife has a hard time staying a sleep and has tried other products and this is the only one that helps her to stay asleep.

I like this. It helps relax and clear your mind before going to sleep.

カプセルが大きくて飲めない

口の中が口内炎だらけになるのが、これを飲みだしてから全くもって無くなりました それ以来ずっとリピートしています 翌朝のトイレの匂いがちょっとだけど…

錠剤💊のカプセルがけっこうデカい おまけにめちゃくちゃに臭い マジで未開封の蓋を開けるとボットン便所のにおいがします。なぜかはわかりませんが成分のせいかも？ 睡眠に対してですが効果はあると思います。
