Fantastic! This is the same exact one my chiropractor has, so I know it is professional quality and will last. Heats quickly, has a timer, can switch between Celcius and Fahrenheit. Makes its own moist heat. Has a 7-8’ cord, so it can teach you at your desk or couch or bed without an extension cord. Very pleased! One note - the image on the box of the product was not the model or shape of the one I ordered, so I was a little concerned until I opened the box and found the correct item inside. So, don’t be concerned if the box has a different image from the product description- I think they just saved on packaging by using the same image for all models.

This is a great heating pad. The RollsRoyce, I'd say. Set time and temp easily. Love it! What I DONT get, is why I bought it for around $40, now it's WAY more than that. What's the deal??

This is my second purchase of this product. Absolutely great for anyone that has neck issues!

The listing for this product doesn't give as much info as it could. That being said, I was desperate to replace my beloved deep moisture shoulder heating pad. I have two fused vertebrae in my neck and it provided so much relief for me. Unfortunately, it died and this was the only one I could find online.Much to my surprise, it is the same DJO Global brand I had before, which isn't reflected in the listing details. I was so happy when it came - super fast too.If you have any kind of neck, shoulder or upper back pain/stiffness, I promise this product will help. It is a very large heating pad and uses moisture, unlike other microwavable or electric brands. Nothing else on the market works like this one - it is the same technology used in physio offices. I can't live without it and will continue buying this product as long as it is available.
