So far so good, much better than a round trampoline- my kids love it!!
Bought this as our old round trampoline broke and decided to go for a rectangular shaped one as the bounce is supposed to be much higher. Well this one is an unusual barrel shape and is described as an affordable but stronger alternative to a traditional rectangular trampoline.Of course it was a pain to put together as all trampolines are (this is the 5th one we have had now so have had a bit of experience!) but of all the trampolines we have had I found this one the most straightforward and least frustrating to put together. Note to the manufacturer though- the instructions seem to be missing parts ie. which bolts/screws to use for certain parts...luckily I was able to work it out but it would have saved time if it were in the instructions. Also my advice would be to ignore the manufacturers instructions on how to put the springs on as it cannot be done that way, the tension is too great and the springs simply wont reach (unless you happen to be The Incredible Hulk!)-best way is to attach the four corners (as per the instructions) and then work your way along the sides from corners, alternating sides/ends every few springs-this way each spring pulls the next loop close enough to attach (the instructions way is impossible and I think it risks over stretching and damaging the springs).Anyway, the thing is now up! I will be honest I was unsure about purchasing this as there were no reviews and I couldn't find anything on google about barrel shaped trampolines...but since my kids love bouncing so much (and such good exercise too!) I decided to risk it-I have to say, so far I'm glad I did- the bounce is so much better than a round trampoline-this is the 10 X15ft one btw- and so much more economical on space than our old round 14ft one. Our garden isn't huge so that is kind of important. Another plus point is that the frame seems much more robust and there is a big supporting brace leg in the middle giving extra strength. Also I found a lot of round trampolines, the legs are quite mobile and can start turning under the thing, this does not do that as it seems more sturdy and heavy.Obviously I cannot say how it will wear and tear over time but overall we are very happy with it, great fun and would recommend!

Absolutely brilliant, sturdy, bouncy fun and exercise!
Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. We got the 12x15 (large), mainly because they quickly sold out of the small and medium sizes. We purchased at the start of the Covid19 home isolation period to make the garden a better solution for the kids and us to exercise. It is well worth the difference in price (small compared to large), and I am genuinely blown away at the value. It is daunting in its scale when going through the assembly process. Its huuuge. Now that it is all assembled, I am really glad we got the big one. It takes a lot of space, but is super springy and lots of room to have fun. We all love it.Assembly takes a good chunk of a day, and some portions of the process are definitely meant for two people. Instructions are great, and the numerous steel poles (and all the other parts) are clearly labelled, making it less confusing to get it all together. Not all of the base steel poles are screwed together, so there is a lot of bits separating until they go under tension of the springs and mat. Lots of comical running about pulling this bit together only to have the other bit separate. This is only a mild inconvenience during assembly - once it is fully assembled, it is quite solid. The safety net attaches to the end of the mat, keeping fingers and toes safely away from the springs. Great design. Lacing the safety net to the mat is time consuming, and definitely adds to the overall assembly time (especially on the large size). Worth spending the time and getting it right.Very happy with this purchase - years of bouncy fun ahead for the whole family on this well engineered trampoline.

Huge trampoline at a bargain price
The trampoline was delivered very quickly, once all the boxes had been opened it was easy to see how it went together. I managed to get most of the frame together in under an hour, until it came to the middle support section that has a bar that bolts together however I just couldn't get the holes to line up. Fortunately I had enough tools to get over this and managed to get it done after messing about with it for well over an hour. the mat got fixed on without issue as did the guard for the springs. Next on to the net which again was easy to do, I even managed to get the children involved with threading the net to the mat. All in all im happy with the purchase asides from the bar that I couldn't get to fit together and the self tapping screws that hold the frame together, I noticed yesterday that one of them had worked loose already. Asides from these two small issues the trampoline is brilliant and my children love it.

Birthday gift
We bought this trampoline for our daughter for her 12th birthday yesterday. At the time of ordering I was a bit reluctant to order as the product had no reviews, but I decided to take the chance as it looked like the perfect trampoline for her. She had asked for a rectangular trampoline to replace her old 10ft round one.I decided to go ahead and order this one and I’m really glad I did, it came very quickly. It was delivered in 4 large heavy boxes. I was worried about storing this as I had to hid it from the kids until it we were ready to build it for her birthday. I did manage to store them in a cupboard. The trampoline itself took quite a bit of time to build, approx 4-5 hours, the instructions were easy to follow and all items were labelled clearly which took away the guess work. The trampoline is really big we ordered 15ft x 10ft and takes up quite a bit of room in our garden, but that was to be expected given the size we chose. We only have the ladders left to put on the trampoline other than that it is completely finished. I really like how it looks and the colours that have been used.My daughter absolutely loved it when she got it yesterday for her birthday, she was out playing on it before 7am yesterday. Her younger brother who is 7 also loves it. They have both said it’s the best trampoline they have ever had and the bounce they get on it is way better than their previous trampoline. So far so good with this trampoline, it shows all the signs of being robust and able to last the kids a few years, here’s hoping I am right, but only time will tell.

Excellent trampoline and good customer service
This is a really good trampoline, thoughtfully engineered and good quality materials for the price bracket. Also, excellent customer service. Only 3 out of 5 boxes arrived initially and the vendor (Stack M High) were all over getting it sorted - thanks Holly! 😊

Great fun as a first trampoline
Easy to assemble, start with box 5 of 5 to get the instructions. Build takes around 2.5 hours to fully complete. Hardest bit is the netting which you don't have to put up.Not 10ft by 15ft, in a rectangle, only dead center. Then the shape pinches off, size includes the frame edge and not the mat size just as a heads up.Bouncy enough, but have had trampolines for less that sent me higher. This would be ideal for kids, and adults as a first trampoline.Mat edging is thin but the netting if you use it stops you from walking on it.All in all a good product especially for the price. Ignore people moaning about complicated setups, the instructions are clear and all the parts are labeled. Tools are included.

Fab trampoline and service
Bought the barrel shaped trampoline for my gymnast daughter to practice on during lockdown. Its big, it took most of a day to assemble ( adult and teenager, hence 4 stars, good instructions we just got tired) but it has been used continuously, shape seems to avoid the bouncing off at funny angles that you get on a round one. My 6 foot son also uses it without it looking dangerous! Net is good and highWe also bought tie down kit and 6 months on its survived 3 named storms without moving (we're in the Scottish Highlands)the service from Stack em High has been superb ( and good humoured) when we needed to contact them. All in all best buy of the year, highly recommended.

Fantastic trampoline - could not be happier!
This is a great product. Delivered very quickly. Item all complete no parts missing or damaged. Instructions clear and so construction went very smoothly. Yes it took about 2-3 hours to build but wasn’t difficult just lots of bits to put together. My husband who’s an engineer is very impressed with the quality, service and functionality of the trampoline at what we consider a very good price. Also the fact that the company who supplies them is in the UK makes us more confident that if we do have a problem it will be easy to solve. Had communication with the company through email that was promptly replied to and helpful. Overall very happy children and parents thank you.
