Q: Can the signs be self adhesive?

if you did try to use adhesive it would need to be a carefully selected tape or glue. Also you panel would have four holes in it for the stainless steel bolts bolts.

Q: Can this be put in a wooden door

Not 100% but I would think so ours is on a wooden gate in garden.

We had our street name printed plus number exactly as we requested online. I wasn’t sure the online site had got our request right but all was as requested. The sign is great. Sorry can’t be more helpful

From my observations I would say that the background acrylic panel has been laser cut (its a very fine cut) and the graphics appear to have been applied by some form of screening.
