Santa Cruz Outdoor Wicker Furniture Set, Sectional, Table, and Chair for Patio or Lawn with Cushions in Brown and Beige (7-Piece)

We bought this sectional last October. Used it a couple of times and covered it for the winter. It was well protected- no issues. When cleaning off the deck this weekend getting ready to use it, our dog jumped on it with dirty paws. We threw 5 of the cushion covers in our washing machine on cold temp delicate cycle and 3 of them fell apart at the seems in places. They only warranty for 30 days and you can’t buy replacement cushions. They are an odd size cushions, so that makes this sectional a big $1400 mistake and huge risk to buy if you are thinking about it.

Fantastic outdoor sectional. It's low to the ground, but I don't mind and that makes it look contemporary. It's also very comfortable. I got the Sunbrella fabric and the performance is great, and it dries quickly even when left out in the rain. I think the fabric color looks a little darker in-person than in the pictures on the website. The color is more of a beige color, not a creme or ivory, but I like the color. The clips that come with it to hold the pieces together keep the sectional pieces from separating but don't keep them from sliding around front to back. I ordered other outdoor sectional clips and that worked like a charm and now none of the sections slide around. Also, I wanted a cover for rainy weather and couldn't find anything online in the correct size, so I ordered a custom cover and it was fairly inexpensive, no more than other covers at the store, and it's perfect. I'm very happy with this furniture.

Cushions lost density and sag in the center after few weeks . Bad quality sofa and chair , we are so disappointed and sad we spent over 1000$ and seller declined to issue us refund and return . Its been 33 days that we purchased it !!! We will contact Amazon for further help as GDF representative was rude and unprofessional over the phone.

We love the set, even though the wrong pieces were sent to us. We received 4 end pieces when we were only supposed to get 2, and we were missing the middle pieces. But we made it work, and actually like the way it looks, rather than going through the hassle of packing it all back up and shipping it back out. The downside to this set, and I wish someone had included it in their reviews, is that the cushions trap water and moisture when it rains or there is dew. It is close to impossible to get it to dry. We laid them out in the sun for days and what happens is, the top of the cushion is dry, but all the water falls to the bottom and doesn’t drain very well. When I finally got them all to dry, we bought a small shed to keep them in. Talk about a pain in the butt to take them off and put them back on everyday! Other than that, the set is sturdy, easy to put together, and pretty comfortable and very nice looking.

Do Not Buy. Total waste of money. Bought this for my dock. Literally was never sat on, the entire wicker frame has completely crumbled into pieces, the triangle table is destroyed by the sun, the cushions do not wick water and just completely saturate when getting wet. This is not an outdoor wicker. I have three other wicker sets that sit outside all day and have never warped or fallen apart from being outside. In addition, when bringing it from the dock to the curb, all bolts were completely rusted and poured rusty water all over our paver driveway. Worst quality outdoor set I've ever seen.

Good looking and big set. We have been very happy with our purchase but did not last even for a year. Definitely not for outdoor use. We purchased this as a secondary set to be used when we throw a big party, which normally happens once a year for kids birthday celebration. This set was very lightly used. Even though a similar set we had purchased from local store is still holding well after 4 years, this one started falling apart within 6 months and disintegration accelerated exponentially after one year mark. As soon as we are back from summer vacation, I called Amazon and I was directed to seller. GDF representative was rude and did not care to stand behind their product. I will call Amazon and try again. This is totally unacceptable, product is defective and so many of us made the mistake and now stuck with it.This review is based on outdoor use of the set. If you are planning to use outdoors, do not buy this set. Stay away, you are warned.

We bought this set in Feb. 2018, this is the second summer. In June we notice a few broken pieces. A month later almost all edges were broken. Very disappointed!!!

We ordered this in the hazelnut brown and beige and it arrived on time and was in 3 boxes (6 piece set). I was able to take all the items out of the boxes on my own and liked the fact that everything was already assembled. I noticed a few tags that stated something like "in the state of California, researchers have found the smell on the furniture to cause birth defects and other productive issues" .... yea, wasn't too happy when I read that. Luckily this is outdoor furniture and can air out on our screened porch but will there be issues sitting on this and exposing myself and female friends to whatever chemical is on it and being all over our clothes? I have no idea but I wish this company would have stated something about it in the description. Another downside is that it's a lot shorter in height than I imagined. Lesson learned.
