SCHEPPACH BASA 1.0 Bandsaw Blades (1490mm x 3/8 (6TPI))

One of the blades broke at the weld after minimal use, but upon contacting the seller I was promptly sent a replacement without any quibbles. I guess I was a bit unlucky, but I can't fault the seller's willingness to deal with the issue straight away.

This blades name say it all. Fantastic blade for 1-4 inch dry wood at high speed and ideal for wet wood up to 2 inches at slow speed. The teeth are as sharp as jaws the shark and the blade is sturdy robust and reliable.Overall Fantastic product and worth spending that few extra ££ $$ on a branded name

Best blade I’ve bought for my Basa1.0 so far (and I’ve bought dozens this year).Cuts through oak like it’s balsa. It even cuts through Padauk (a lot slower, but it still cuts well). It’ll also cut quite tight curves (if you’re careful)The Bandsaw Shop is definitely recommended.

Sadly I cannot recommend these blades. I ordered two a while back and they both snapped at the weld within days of installing them. Just ordered two more and installed the first yesterday and it snapped today.Not overworked or mistreated, just not a very good product sadly.

Well made, nicely finished. Very sharp and appears to be keeping sharp. Basically does what it says on the description.

Fitted my Sheppach Basa 1 perfectly. Bade glides through items, clean cutting.
