The Clownfish Ambiance Series Synthetic Brown Hybrid Duffle Bag is a simple yet elegant bag. A very smart bag that is of ideal capacity for a 3-4 day trip. Good duffle shape. Good textile texture. Fine finish. Also comes with a sling. Have used it only a few times since purchase and it has retained a good look; the textile doesn't look dull. Overall a good product.A product can be called great only when matched with the right price. In my opinion, a slight price dip could have made the bag more popular and a great value for money. The fact that the product is associated with a brand could justify the same. The packing it came in was excellent. The inside was thoroughly covered with a fabric branded overall. the product is very nicethe only thing i would like to say is the strap should be more thick and strong so that utilities can be carried through otherwise the product is amazing .

Product with great looks "On Screen" and with a satisfactory price rate had definitely caught my eye and in a hurry to get it delivered on time before my travel, bought that bag.But to my utter disappointment & anguish I had to return it back immediately the next day of its arrival and therefore a review with picutres is a must!1. ZIPPER- Extremely cheap & of poor quality.It gets stuck in between from one side and to add to my horror,the other side stays unzipped even if you try closing and opening to and fro...2. STRAPS-Very thin shoulder straps with synthetic material and threads all over hanging not even properly stitched with the chance of breaking it any time. Guess its all the shoulder pad that they have invested..!3.MATERIAL- Yes its collapsible bag, doesn't stand still unless been overloaded and once overloaded means the handles are at great risk to break or tear down since not "STURDY" at all. So soft material that a slight sharp hit or pinch will definitely tear its outer lining exposing the inner material..Best part- Refund was quick and easy so no complaints at all.P.S.-Definitely not for frequent travellers.

Overall product is OK. Finishing is not good. Gold plating on metallic parts is very poorly done.
