I need 3" window clings. Are these small enough?

They are 4 3/4 X 2 3/4 " .They are translucent and look beautiful. The body is plastic and about 1/4 inch thick.

Can these be put on a wall?

They have little magnets and stay on my file cabinet well. You could hang a magnet board or use glue dots maybe. You should be prepared to repaint your wall when u remove them.

Are the little square pads double sided stickers? I can't peal off one side.

The little square pad is a double-sided sticker. After sticking the little square pad on the butterfly, and then tear the plastic film of sticker that sticks it on any place you want to paste.
