decent product, more of a plastic than rubber finish. firs very snug on the bar- if you have a cheep bar with poor tolerances on the sleeve then you may not get it to fit. likewise for a plate holder (i have a cheep plate tree- these wont go on it they just get stuck - better used with toast rack for storage
