Not to be dramatic, but Estroven Complete is a lifesaver. I’m 45 and in perimenopause with all of the fun symptoms that go along with it. I have been experiencing sleeplessness where I wake up every two to three hours, often covered in sweat and feeling like my body is on fire. My brain fog has been terrible, to the point where I finally called my doctor while ugly crying and she immediately had me going for labs to check my hormones and recommended this supplement to help. The box says it can take around 90 days for relief but I’ve been feeling increasingly better since the second day. This really does help curb the perimenopause symptoms (hot flashes, night sweats) but tends to not work as well after a few months. I also takes at least a month to start working well. Aging sucks, and I wish I could give zero stars for that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It’s been a month since I purchased this product. The other menopause supplement I was using for a couple years just never seemed to help. I’ve been burning up since October 2022 in the worst way. I could never cool down and it was making me miserable and panicky. I decided to try this after reading the reviews. To start I’m still running very hot, but after three days on this I started to get chills once in a while. It was mind blowing. This hasn’t happened in years. Now after one full box, I’m getting chills on and off. Maybe it will get better as I go along with it. I’m hopeful. I’m still sleeping with two fans on me and the ac, but now keeping the ac at 69-70 rather than 63. I think that shows a little improvement. I hope this helps someone who’s on the fence of trying this. I forgot to mention, I also take prescribed Estradiol, and progesterone, which don’t help much.
