I’ve been using both collagen powder and capsules because it works. I’ve noticed a noticeable improvement in skin tone, being more full, vibrant and healthy looking with fewer wrinkles. My hair is thicker and stronger, which was really needed because I’m a regular lap swimmer and the pool chlorine was wreaking havoc on my hair. I can’t say whether my nails are stronger, but they look good and I’d say its possible that they have improved as well.It takes a couple months of daily collagen supplements to really affect a change, so be patient. I like to mix the powder in my work out stainless steel drinking bottle along with other supplements and it mixes up fine.This is handy if you are traveling but want to keep current on your daily supplement regimen without having to take along the large containers. Type 1 and 3 collagen with vitamin c and hyaluronic acid in 1 dose. I used in cold water 8 oz dissolved and no taste so could be added to any drink of choice. I’m not sure why the review had me rate for pain relief and that must have been an error on Amazons part because this is not for pain relief. Excellent for your skins cellular level to communicate with your existing collagen. Peptides are very important in preventing or slowing down the breaking down of collagen causing our skin to thin.The pic is to show the natural color of powder in water but no flavor or taste detected. Very handy package for travel! The pink color is fun, didn’t dissolve super well but since it doesn’t taste bad it didn’t matter just made my coffee look funky.

This mixes easily (and if blended, makes quite a bit of foam). Despite the color, it has no taste or smell so it can easily be added to anything from a smoothie to yogurt to coffee.I haven’t notices any positive benefits to my joints, but it makes my hair and nails grow much faster. This is a good product if you’re looking for a collagen product that comes in an individual packet and can be added to other things.
