Winco Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Brazier: A Sturdy Workhorse for Batch Cooking
As someone who frequently cooks for large gatherings, finding cookware with true capacity and durability is essential. The Winco Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Brazier delivers on the 'commercial-grade' promise, offering a substantial and robust tool for the busy kitchen. Initial Impressions and Build: The first thing you notice is the heft. This pot has some satisfying weight to it, confirming its heavy-duty construction. Crucially, it sits solid on its bottom, providing unwavering stability on the stovetop—a major safety and performance benefit when dealing with large volumes of hot food. The stainless steel construction is exactly what I needed, and the inner space is quite adequate to cook for a crowd. This brazier is ideally shaped for making stews, sauces, or large-format braised meats for extended family or large parties. Noting a Minor Flaw: I must note that both the pot and the accompanying lid arrived with a small dent. While this is a minor cosmetic issue, I am relieved that it does not impede the pot’s performance or structural integrity. It still seals fine and retains its commercial-grade resilience. Conclusion: Despite the minor ding, I am genuinely thrilled with this purchase. Its stability, weight, and volume make it a truly valuable addition to my cookware arsenal. I can't wait to cook in it for my party this weekend, knowing it can handle the workload effortlessly. This brazier is built for business, and it's definitely ready to feed a crowd.

Excellent Commercial-Style Stainless Steel Pot for Large Batch Cooking
This is my second pot purchase from the brand. My first one was a 16-quart tri-ply stock pot, which I still use for large batch cooking. While that pot performs very well, it is quite heavy because of the full tri-ply construction. This time, I wanted an even larger pot and decided to try the commercial series version. One thing I immediately noticed is that the commercial series design is wider rather than taller, which makes a huge difference when cooking large batches. It is much easier to stir food properly and manage ingredients evenly compared to taller stock pots. Unlike the consumer tri-ply models, this commercial series pot only has a layered bottom rather than full tri-ply walls. Honestly, for a pot this size, I think that design makes sense because most home gas stoves cannot distribute heat evenly up the entire side walls anyway. The bottom heating performance was excellent and distributed heat evenly during cooking. The build quality is very impressive. The stainless steel has a good thickness and feels sturdy without being excessively heavy. The lid is also solid, heavy, and well made. I’ve already used it once for a large batch meal, and it performed exactly as I hoped. When cooking large quantities, having enough room to properly stir food is extremely important, and this pot really delivers in that regard. Another major advantage is the price. Considering the size and stainless steel construction, I think this pot offers excellent value for money. Overall, I’m very impressed with this purchase and am already considering buying an even larger version in the future for making bone broth and other large-volume cooking. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy commercial-style stainless steel pot for large batch cooking.

Winco 15-Quart Stainless Steel Brazier – Heavy-Duty, Perfect for Sunday Sauce
This Winco brazier is seriously built to last......thick, heavy-duty stainless steel that heats evenly and holds up under serious cooking. The 15-quart capacity is perfect for a big batch of Sunday sauce, soups, or braises, and the snug-fitting lid locks in flavor and moisture. It’s a kitchen workhorse that combines durability with professional-grade performance......definitely worth every penny if you love cooking at home.

This big'n is perfect for my needs.
I feed a family of 5 and needed to upgrade to a pot with more real estate. I ordered the 25 quart model and was pleased to see how massive it is! I have an average stove that has 8-inch diameter large burners. The pan almost covers 2 burners. It feels well-made, has a beautiful finish, and there were no manufacturing or shipping damages. The pan has an inner diameter just over 18 inches. Measuring from the outside, the depth is about 6 inches. For scale, I sat the my 8 qt stock pot inside. My stock pot, which has a 10 inch diameter and depth a little over 6 inches, has the most volume of all the cookware I own. Yet, it was dwarfed by the 25 qt big'n. Before I received this in the mail, I read another person's review here about needing to return their's due to it being too large. Due to the modest size of my kitchen and range, I feared I would need to do the same. However, after receiving the pan and adjusting the feet on my stove to gain more clearance above the adjacent countertops, I have zero reasons to return this brazier. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase and will be keeping this bad boy!

Well worth it.
Have had this for over a year and have used it many times for large meals for the family - sauces and braised meats for for the kid's freezers. This is perfect for larger batches, easy to clean (by hand) and sits flat on a glass-top stove. Highly recommended.
