Took for cramps, mostly in my arms. Absolutely works as advertised. Taste is really awful though. I can take pretty much anything, but this is pretty rough. I’ll be looking for a capsule.

Works beautifully on getting my blood work on B1 up on my blood tests at the doctor. Tastes nasty, but you only need a tiny bit and you can put it in juice and barely know it's there. The downside is there is no way to measure it. It takes such a tiny amount for a dose of this and there's no measuring instrument provided with it.However, it comes in a metal pouch with a resealable zipper closure and there's enough in the pouch to last a long, long, long time... well worth the money and it keeps really well. When other B1 supplements are so expensive and you don't know how bio-available they are, this is a steal at this price for the purity and the quality of the product.And again, I have clinical proof that my B1 deficiency has all but cleared up completely in less than a month of taking this powder daily.

Good value but wish I had known it required a mg scale. The taste is bitter but drinking liquid afterwards helps.

I purchased this a week ago and since opening up this product I have now way of measuring a daily amount (125 milligrams) without purchasing a milligram scale; since this has now been opened it cannot be returned. Unless you have a way to measure a daily amount do not purchase this item...too much B1 can be very dangerous. A daily measuring scoop should have been provided.

I started taking this a few months ago. It's not bad. I mix it with a liquid and take it as a shot, which it not great tasting, but gets the job done. I do see the benefits of taking this regularly, and will keep taking it. Comes in a nice resealable pouch.

I have been taking this B1 for less than two weeks but I am having positive results. The most recognizable results are mental clarity, a sense of calm, and my energy levels throughout the day have less fluctuations. Being in my late 50's, I am always pleased when I find a supplement that works well. Considering how little is necessary to take, my only complaint would be that I may not be able to use it all before the expiration.

I ordered this product to use it when I make cat food!! It comes in a reasealabe bag so it’s very convenient. I recommend this this powder if your looking for Thiamine it’s very ez to use.
