AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
You will not believe what the folks at Frigidaire are now selling to their loyal customers. First of all, Frigidaire no longer even exists as Frigidaire (the refrigerator specialists) since they were bought by Electrolux, the vacuum cleaner specialists. Expanding on their vacuum cleaning line of products, Electrolux has gotten into the Microwave oven business, as well as other appliance manufacturing businesses. Now that you're aware of the fact that today's Frigidaire is NOT the Frigidaire of yesteryear, I will tell you about THIS microwave oven. It is very simple: This microwave oven is THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN. Why? Only ONE REASON: The CLOCK does NOT change from A.M. to P.M., nor from P.M. to A.M. at either noon or midnight! That's right, the "people" who programmed the CLOCK of this model have FAILED TO MAKE THE CLOCK CHANGE FROM A.M. to P.M. or from P.M. to A.M. at 12:00! The clock is the most simplest of things in a microwave oven, yet, Electrolux (or Frigidaire) could NOT make even the clock work properly! Amazing as it is to write, customers must know. It's not an isolated problem as the factory representative tried to convince me of. Instead, I convinced THEM that THEIR oven's manufacturing was defective. If they can't make the CLOCK work, how can you trust them to make the rest of the electronics work? Even if they did work, the fact that the clock can't tell the right time, makes me doubt the reliability of the entire unit. How can you trust this product that can't even display the correct time?!

Not that bad
This microwave is about average - does everything it is supposed to, and looks good. It is noisy to run, but I am not a big microwave user, so I can deal with it. And as for the clock (mentioned in the other review) I don't have a problem, since I just stick the food in and hit a cook time, never used the clock except to tell the time. (Didn't even know there was an am and pm on it - and I never even set the clock after the last power outage, honestly). So far, I have had it about 6 months, and I like it ok.

Didn't Last Long
I liked it's features & capabilities, I was specifically looking for an oven low enough to fit on my counter top, under the hanging cabinets & it had everything I wanted. Convection & microwave together is great. The first one I ordered had already been opened & was shipped w/out adequate padding, had to return it. My next one didn't last long. The microwave emitter died after 14 months, just past the warranty, & it cannot be repaired because they don't make parts for it.

Frigidaire Micro/convection oven
I love my Micro/convection oven. Because of its smaller size, it preheats in a fraction of the time my standard oven takes, and takes about the same time to bake. The microwave function works great. Easy to program. Just need to remember to use the glass or metal turntable as appropiate. Hardest thing is to get husband to use convection feature. Can't complain too much: he cooks AND washes dishes.
