and accurate as well.... I own a lot of these... the benefit of this one is, the display is superb, easy to read, even from a distance, great contrast on the numbers. The C/F button on rear is hard to change, but I got it.... seems accurate vs. some benchmarks. Value is good, but there is lower cost ones, however, these things are notorious for failing, so maybe this one will last a long time... I also like the small size vs. but yet, large digits.... pix represent the product very well...

So far it has worked great! I've bought several accurite hygrometers and they quit working in less than 2 weeks. I have this set up in my hermit crab tank which is a high humidity high temperature tank. The only bad thing about this is that it has the option to go from C to F, but 2 seconds after changing it, it goes right back to C. After trying several times I gave up and just use google to convert the temps. It hasnt started to lose the reading of the digital readings, like the other hygrometers I've had. So far so good.

The product is cute, if it works.It didn't turn on when I pulled the little plastic strip from the back. Then I open the open lid in order to change display unit (Celsius to Fahrenheit ), then it turned on. I figured the battery was loose when came out of factory, then it had some number displayed, but the temp seems to be way off. So I put it in a cooler room (first floor bathroom), I can feel the temp is much cooler in the that room, waited over 30 mins, then temp on the this just doesn't change, and it's showing over 15 degrees hotter than the thermometer in my house. And the display is gone when I moved it.Seems to be a really bad design. You have to open the lid, move the battery around, then put the lid back and hope it stays.I won't recommend this crap to anyone. Avoid!

item works like it should. has no bells & whistles & is small, so it's perfect if you just want the temp & rh. If you need a back light or to know the hi/lo temp/rh over last 12 hours, you'll need to go elsewhere.

I really like this thermometer. The E-Ink display is sooooo much better than LCD for read-ablity and crispness. The color scheme is very modern and nice. My only concern is the battery is being retained by the snap-on back, which I could imagine would give some people issues with battery contact being unstable. If the manufacturer would change over to a fully self-contained battery contact system, then a loose back would not cause problems.

This thing is very handy, easy to read and attractive!

These work well and are a good value. It helps to know if it is just ME, or if the house/room is really that hot!
