VeetWax Strips Legs & Body Sensitive Skin Hair Removal 20s

Haven’t waxed for years. Did have laser hair removal about 5 years ago but have been shaving for a while as the laser isn’t permanent. Not sure if it’s the wax being better than it used to be or because I’ve had laser but using this was has been virtually pain free. I’ve used it on legs and underarm and I’m really pleased with the result, lack of pain and the price. It arrived on time too

I have been using veet for about 4 years since I was tired of getting stubble so quickly after shaving. Having used these same wax strips for such a period of time I can say that they do over time make your hairs lighter and they make your hair grow back more slowly and finer BUT you can't see this effect immediately. I notice the effect of waxing over a longer period of time.In terms of their effectiveness I believe they work well but they do not always pull out every hair but I think this is down to several factors:- One is my own technique isn't perfect.- Two I believe can depend on the room temperature, if the room is cold the wax stiffens a bit and as your leg hair won't be in a 'relaxed state' it is more difficult for them to be pulled out.- The last is I believe how 'fresh' the wax strips are. From my experience, the newer the wax strips are from their manufacture the better they work.(I have found that the 'fresher' the strips are and the warmer the room the less waxing hurts as well)When I bought these wax strips off this seller on Amazon it was because I believe paying £7 is the shop is way too much. (I buy them when I can when they are on offer etc). The main problem I believe there was with the veet strips from this seller was the third point (the strips didn't seem as fresh as they could be) But the strips still worked and pulled out the majority of the hairs. It is just that if I were in a shop I would try and buy the freshest as possible.Overall though, if you want to wax your legs or wherever else for a little less than the RRP in the shops it is worth buying your strips from here on Amazon.

Good wax strips but u only get 2 wax remover wipes in the box and could do with more really. Wax strips are good though.

These wax strips only seem to work good if you've got extremely long hairs. I grew my armpit hairs longish (long enough to grab with my fingers and stretch them out straight) and the wax only seemed to grab onto about three quarters of the hairs. I tried using fresh strips to get the remaining ones with no success. Now I'm left with wax residue on my armpit that WILL NOT COME OFF. I've tried soaking it with warm water and a cotton pad, wet wipes, moisturiser etc and I cannot get rid of the sticky residue.We tried the strips on my partners legs (and he has extremely hairy legs) and it worked perfectly. So unless you have grown out your hair for months and months then don't bother using this product.

The good , they smell nice , easy ish to use .they don’t grab skin , cheaper than a proper wax . The bad , they don’t grip hair properly, patchy results , having to try go over an area 2/3 times to get everything of , is irritating, they can leave a good bit of wax still on hair at times. I used on them pubic area.(need an ouch emoji here !) definitely needs more wipes to get excess wax of , no where near enough . Still on look out for a proper waxing alternative, as I don’t want to take out a loan every time I wax . This is not it

Easy to use!

Just a big no. The wax is soft and doesn’t stick to skin well, and it’s likely a stolen product that someone resold. Wonderful.

Ça marche très bien par contre les lingettes ne nettoie pas facilement la cire..
