Good for eggs but use PAM
I had to return the first one due to an unfinished lid edge that had sharp slivers of metal that hadn't been buffed off. Amazon made the return easy tho. The second one is a nice hefty skillet with other uses besides eggs (burgers, veggies, omelets) and it cooked just fine for my eggs. However, it was no where near nonstick. I will have to Pam the cups next time or I'll be scraping eggs out in pieces again.

This appears to be a keeper!
I am a family member of Victoria's writing this review. I purchased this item, it arrived today. I washed the Eggs Plus Pan in warm, soapy water, rinsed it and set about making some cheese omelettes. I poured in the egg mixture and waited for the eggs to slightly set on the outsides. I grossly erred on the side of caution by not making the pan hot enough because when I poured the water in, the water just sat there. It took about 3 more minutes for the water to boil/steam. All this while the cheese omelettes are sitting there in the pan while I'm adjusting up the heat to make the water boil/steam and I'm thinking I'm going to have to throw them out and make a new batch. When the water started boiling, I put on the lid. I set the timer for 2 minutes. I kept taking the lid off to check the progress, which is a complete no no according to the instructions. After 2 minutes the omelettes were puffy, beautiful and done. But I thought they would taste awful and be burnt on the bottoms due to turning the heat up fairly high. I put them on a plate and was surprised they weren't even brown on the bottom. My son took one, tried it and proclaimed it was the best omelette I've ever made! I can't believe this pan, it's miraculous. I made salmon patties in it this evening, they turned out really good. I can't speak to the longevity of this EggsPlus Pan but I'll post an update if that becomes an issue. I purchased special silicone and calphalon? turners so no metal will ever touch this pan. I searched for a 4" pastry cutter but then remembered I'd purchased a Weston Burger Express Hamburger Press with Patty Ejector. It makes 4 1/2" patties but worked out perfectly for the 4" wells. As soon as the patties hit the hot wells, they shrunk down and slipped nicely into the wells. A nice plus is, with the snug fit, the salmon patties cooked all around all the edges as well. They were crispy and delicious and didn't fall in due to my previous crunchy top and crunchy bottoms with uncooked sides! Thank you for this great EggsPlus Pan. I did NOT get this at a reduced price for my honest review, this is just an honest review.

Non Stick Coating is Peeling Off
I ordered this pan for myself for Christmas. Have loved it the first 3 months. But here lately it started peeling the non stick coating in between the egg partitions. Now, the coating is coming off with the eggs! Please tell me there's been a change & I received a bad one...

Best Egg Cooker
This cooks the best over medium eggs you'll ever eat. Just be sure to melt a little butter or margarine in each egg holder and swish it around to coat the surface before adding the eggs and water. Sprinkle a little lemon pepper or whatever you like to season your eggs before covering. Turn heat to medium then measure the time until you know how long it takes for them to come out the way you like. Drain off the water then they slide right out with the help of a non-metal small spatula. YUM!I'm not sure how well the heat will distribute over the bottom on an electric range but it seems quite satisfactory on our gas range.

Not the ideal pan for eggs. Poor quality and design.
I was really excited to get the pan, but alas it was a complete letdown. First, my pan was defective. In the center of the pan, the non stick coating was cracking after 1 use! See picture. In addition, it is not ideal for making eggs in a size suitable for English muffins. The diameter was too large even for my Costco extra large eggs to fill the circle. Save your money and pass on this poorly designed and built pan.

Best pan I have.
Most amazing for me, made hash browns, sausage, and two perfect eggs , all in one pan, just got it, and have used it twice, so easy to clean, making pancakes with blueberries and white chocolate chips in it in the morning, a quality pan, and so easy to poach eggs in, I watch the water bubble, and they slide right out. I have a glass top stove, so I move it around . I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY, still cooking at 71, if we want to eat?

The eggs are too spread out... white ...
The eggs are too spread out... white gets overcooked. I ended up putting two in each section... they are too big for even "extra large" eggs

Works perfectly!
What a fantastic pan! This pan delivers and works exactly as described! My husband wanted a pan specifically for making different types of eggs. What a breeze it is! Breakfast sandwiches are whipped up in no time too. It looks like it would be hard to get your food items out but it isn't. Cleans up easy. I bought the Green Kitchen nylon turner to go with it. Love it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
