Almay Brow Defining Pencil - Brunette - 2 pk

I have a love-hate relationship with these eyebrow pencils. I have been actively searching for a drugstore-quality replacement for years and have not yet found one. I have tried many other brands of automatic or liquid brow pencil but none are adequate.This one works and stays on all day long. It is easy to use and comes with a great spoolie brush. The product twists up but does not twist back down, so it stays in place and won't completely fall out like some others.It does have a few negatives:There is a fairly small amount of product so I end up going through loads and loads of them (which is why I don't want to start buying really expensive pencils)The spoolie comes separately in the same package and you have to attach it. The area where it attaches always cracks and the spoolie falls out. What the heck?The color (Brunette) is just a tiny, tiny bit too reddish - I would like to find something in just a slighly cooler brown. It is still not bad though. I have tried some others that were actually neon brown, and I didn't even know that could be a thing.I would also like to point out that the last order which I got from the seller "Live Long and Prosper Sales" seemed to be much more crumbly than usual. I would twist to extend only a millimeter or two and the product would keep falling off. As I mentioned, I have bought the same product dozens of times and these two pencils were not the same consistency as usual.

I have thin brows and have tried so many different and expensive products but this is by-far the best I've used for filling in sparse/thin brows. It's easy to apply and looks natural even up close. It stays on all day but washes off easily. I couldn't be happier with the product or the price.

You can get the easiest natural look--and make it darker of the occasion calls for it or lighter to keep a natural look.Everyone thinks I have the greatest eyebrows --think, full and stylish--this is my secret. I also use a light pink/iridescent white under the brow line to assentuate the look.

I have dark golden blonde hair, and had been using the blonde pencil when I decided to try this shade, and I love it! It gives me nice emphasis on my brows. I like the way it's just right for penciling fine lines that blend in perfectly. If your hair isn't very light blonde, do try this shade.

Discontinued and hard to fine. This pencil is not greasy and great with sparse eyebrows

This pencil is VERY dark brown, almost black, but it's easy to use and stays on all day.

Does the same job with the same results as a $20 pencil with the same style applicator tip and the brush end.

I love these pencils but they are very difficult to sharpen.
