I love this McCormick Meat Tenderizer. It really does make the steak or deer meat tender. We leave the meat anywhere from overnight to a week and it is butter knife tender. I really like buying it in the bulk bottle. We use a lot of it.

My family has used this on our grilled steaks since I can remember, I'm now 61 years old. It has the best flavor, you gotta try it.Be a aware, there is salt in the seasoning so you may want to conservative.This is nearly impossible to find on the stores. I'm so glad I checked on Amazon!

I got this to try on our steaks for my dad. Due to his age and medical issues, he has a hard time eating steak and other cuts of beef. After doing some research on what to do to tenderize meat this product came up many times so thought we would give it a try. It's not bad. Does it work at well as I was hoping, no, but it does make meat a little more tender. I really like the seasoning flavor though it's a little saltier than I was hoping for but add other spices and that can be cancelled out.

We usually pay almost $5 for a small container. Found it was available in bulk size, so I'm no longer buying the smaller container. Just keep them and refill from the bigger container.Great on all meats and usually add garlic and pepper.

Really yummy, and it does make my steak much more tender and edible. Just a sprinkle a few minutes before cooking is all you need.

It's a great tenderizer plus a nice seasoning so 2 for 1.
