I was very surprised to find that this little device does all it claims and more. I have sebaceous hyperplasia (enlarged sebaceous glands that look like small white bumps) and age spots but really wanted to try this on fibrous papules (solid dome shaped lesions) I had on my nose. I had visited a dermatologist who diagnosed the papules and told me they could be removed but not on the NHS and it would cost around £300 per session to be treated privately. He told me they used Electrocautery to remove them and that is what this pen does, so I thought for the price I would give it a try. I looked online as the instructions are not good and found some really useful instructional videos. I used a little numbing cream and went to work and it does work, brilliantly. It literally vaporized the sebaceous hyperplasia with one treatment, I had previously tried Retin A and skin peels but nothing worked, the age spots only took one treatment too and it completely removed the papules leaving my skin flat and smooth when the area healed, I was amazed. It's one of the best things I have ever bought and if you have any skin issues I highly recommend you give this a go before you try expensive treatments.

I bought this based on the good reviews so I would really like anyone who is considering buying this to read about my experience using the Xpreen pro.I bought this to remove two moles that particularly bother me but tried this out on a very small mole on my thigh to test using the device first. My first impression on using it was WOW this hurts. I was not expecting the level of pain that I experienced and this was using the lowest setting number 1. I think I have quite a high pain threshold so was surprised at how painful it was. It wasnt uncomfortable or bearable, it was really painful to the point I couldn’t finish using it. It also absolutely stinks! It is really just burning your flesh so yeah it smells horrible. I decided I still wanted to go ahead and use this on the other mole that bothered me but I had to severely numb the area with ice first before I could use this. I had to also complete this in two sessions, the mole was around 4/5mm in size. It has been 3 weeks since I removed the mole and I am now left with a red/pink fleshy looking scar. I know this is still healing so I am hopeful that this will not scar and will eventually return to my normal skin colour.I have since tried to remove the second mole on my collar bone but after two sessions and this still not completely coming off I have decided to leave it as it is now very sore and I don’t think this should be continued on broken skin.In summary, this is not a magic wand that you can just zap your moles off with. It hurts and it is likely that you will have a scar instead of a mole bit of you are happy with this I would just advise that you are very careful when using this product. I would also like to add that the two moles I used this on I have previously had checked with my GP and I think this is also something that really needs to be considered before using this product.

Amazing product! Got rid of some moles already and now waiting for it to heal. It definitely does work! Even on level 1 it is very painful in some places as some are more sensitive than others. I seriously recommend this if you have moles you hate. Only annoying thing is explaining to your parents what you just did and them being mad at you.. Lol

I bought the device for removal of skin tags under my arm. They had always been there but recently became a problem with extreme weather exceeding average temperatures causing irritation and inflamation. I read the design intent and other reviews about the device before purchasing. The device has a very simple menu for operation. Switch on and press repeatedly to increase output. It also has an illuminated collar on the head that aids visual lock on. Highest output seems to work better. Yes, a small stinging sensation accompanied by the burning smell but nothing I could describe as pain. A slight awareness of the area that was targeted for a few days and then forgotten about. After that, skin tags gone and no further irritation.Interchangeable heads seem to have a good lifespan and unless you intend to remap the entire surface of your body you probably will not have to buy replacements. I am impressed. No time wasted booking appointments and no more irritation. I like it.

This comes with all the attachments you could need. It fits in the hand nicely and is easy to use. It comes with comprehensive instructions and guidelines.I have used it on some skin tags. I have to admit, it does initially sting a bit and it’s a bit of a shock, but it definitely works. It has removed the little tags I had on my neck with ease. It does say it helps to remove moles as well, but I haven’t fried this.I would recommend this item, does what it says on the tin.

Nothing succeeded, and then I saw some videos online about tools like this. The remover of this skin tag operates by burning the skin tag electrically. You can use the different sized needles that come with it, depending on the size of the skin tag. Once you apply it, it stings or tingles and you can change the power across 9 power settings. I tried it as soon as it was shipped and was doubtful at first.

This is amazing!!!!I've had tiny Fibrous papule on my nose for 9 years and all things I've used have done nothing.I went to a private dermatologist who said it wasn't milla and would cost me £250 just to see what it is but not to treat it.I read the reviews on here and thought I'd give it a try.. I just used it, and could just cry with happiness.. it works!!Can't lie hurts but bearable.So happy I found something that works at an amazing price xxx
