Circulon Genesis Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 12 Piece, Red

Have had this set for years. The genesis set has been replaced by another. They have been amazing. Heat evenly,clean up is very simple and the inside and outside of the pots and pans are extremely durable. When these do need to be replaced we will buy circulon again

We'd been using Anolon cookware for over thirty years. The styles had changed, but the quality had remained high.Recently, though, we replaced our range with one that uses induction heating. I'd been told that this might not work with my cookware, but was told that even so the changeover would be worth it.Using a magnet to test our various Anolon models we found that most did not work, but a few of the newer pieces did.Checking through various web sources we saw that this Circulon was spoken very highly of in general, and doubly praised for its use with an induction stove. That plus the seemingly very fair price made us give it a try -- and with our new range now installed I have nothing but praise for it.For the price I had expected the pans to be lighter than they are. And the quality/craftsmanship less 'high end.' So what a surprise we had upon handling the set. It feel in every way the equal to the older, and for us now non-functional set.The stainless is beautiful as is the overall design. The Circulon anti-stick works beautifully (but yes, it is still new).A pleasant surprise is that the cookware is said to be dishwasher safe. Not something I expect to often use -- but with my older set such was verboten.In short I could not be more pleased. This Circulon set seems to be an absolute bargain.

First, let me say I very seldom write an extensive review.We have been using the Circulon Genesis Stainless Steel Non-stick for about 5 months. We purchased it because we intend to replace our current glass cooktop with induction and were needing to replace our cookware, so I cannot address the cookware's induction compatibility...yet.However, as a bit of a cookware snob, owning pieces of Scanpan, GreenPan, AllClad, and Cuisinart , (as well as Lodge, and LeCreuset for other purposes) I am VERY impressed with this cookware. Not only do food and liquids come to heat as expected, but they cool at the expected rate also. They look brand new today after 5 months use. (I use a little Bar Keeper's Friend liquid with BonAmi if something burns onto the bottom and everything returns to like new.)The non-stick is as advertised, nothing sticks. As to those who say the lids get hot, yes and no is my experience, but mostly no. If you are boiling with the lid on for several minutes the lid handle does get hot, however, if you are cooking meat or other semi-solid, eg. reheating a pasta dish, we find the heat is not readily transferred to the lid handle.... Just take care!Overall, I highly recommend this if you are considering a $500 to $700 tab with any other manufacturers' non-stick pans. You will be delighted!

Love this set of Circulon cookware. I was a bit sceptical because of the low price for this type of hard anodized product. I love to cook and have this set daily since purchasing. Heats up quickly with even distribution of heat. You get a good sear on meat. The lids fit very well. Love the ridges on the inside, stops food from sitting in grease and also prevent utensils scratching. Clean up is a breeze. Warm water, a lityle dish soap, soft sponge and quick rinse. I do recommend allowing the pans to cool before putting into cold water. Just two things I think could be better hence the 4 stars. First, the lid handles and handles on the Dutch Oven get very hot. A strip of coating of somekind would prevent this. And secondly, would like to see either an additional larger fry pan added to the set, or make one of the current ones larger. Compared to the much higher priced set my a different manufacturer but with same listed qualities, this Circulon set is far superior. Does not scratch, heats up better, lids fit better, outside surface cleans eaier and it is less than half the price. Highly recommend this set.

I moved into a house with an induction stovetop in September of 2019 and purchased these pots and pans. It's 2023 now and they're still in great shape. The nonstick surface does not have any cracks or defects. They clean easily and are of great quality. I would recommend these to my friends and would purchase them again. Good buy!

I absolutely Love my pots and pans! Very much so worth all the research I spent weeks doing! They clean easily, and hold heat like I've never experienced in cookware before. Probably because I've never spent this much on cookware before but decided it was time to make what I was hoping to be a good investment. What they advertise is true so far. The food doesn't stick if you follow their advice. I have totally stopped using non-stick cooking spray although I do use a tad bit of olive oil or grape seed oil (my family's new favorite). One drawback is the handles on the lids do get hot enough to need to use protection for your hands, but I knew this before I bought them. The set is a little heavier than I am used to but they feel quality heavy, but easy to handle. I like the style of this particular set over the ones with the silicone handles. I do wish Circulon would have added silicone to this set. Not sure why they haven't. Even though they aren't Perfect because the handles can get hot, I would recommend this product!

Best cooking set ever according to my wife who is always criticizing me buying from amazon without first let her feel the product! It’s good looking set, light, non-stick. She is now using one or two of them every meal. I buy them as a return item on a great discount . But every piece is well wrapped without any scratches, just like new.

En efecto, no se pega. No ocupas aceite pero aunque dice que no uses el aceite yo si he usado un poco, nunca en spray y ha resultado buenísimo! Lo recomiendo ampliamente y el precio resultó fabuloso porque lo compré en promoción.

Hace tiempo que quería comprar esta batería de cocina y por fin la compre por aquí por amazon y la verdad que estoy muy contento por la compra que realice, ya que llegaron muy bien .........Fue una comprar aun precio excelente de una batería de cocina que es una maravilla a la hora de cocinar..

Excellent set of pans. I’m a Circulon fan and these continue my positive experience with the brand. Work well on my induction cook top.
