Warming plate does not stay on as long as advertised, if not for that would have give 5 stars.

I bought this to replace my beloved Ninja CF087 which is no longer available. This machine brews the same amazing coffee at this price point, but it does so very slowly! Trying to take a cup mid brew isn’t great either. The mechanism that allows the coffee to flow from the filter into the pot doesn’t really seal so you’ve still got coffee dripping onto the warming plate. There was no option for a thermal carafe which was disappointing but I kept the one from my old machine hoping it would fit- no :( The water reservoir is removable for filling which I love, but it’s an awkward shape and the 12 cup fill line is at the very top of the reservoir which means I still spill water every day. I really want to love this machine like I did the old coffee bar, but it’s just not as good. We drink a lot of coffee with 4 adults in our house I think if I were making just one 8 cup pot a day I would be happy but slopping water across my kitchen 3 or 4 times a day to wait an eternity for a cup of coffee is wearing on me.

Like my other Ninja coffee pots, this one brews great coffee, and is easy to use. It is a great value for the price. Although I have only had it a couple of weeks, I am very happy so far.

The perfect coffee pot and im very picky about my coffee pots. I love it. Wish i wouldve found this years ago. Pours nice, basket goes in/out super easy. No more water all over the counter trying to fill it.

I am sorry to have to post a negative review (it is not about the coffee maker..just the incorrect description). And I hope it will help others looking for a shorter coffee maker. I will remove this review as soon as it is corrected. The description said it was 13.39 inches tall, that was very important for me to fit under my cabinets and to open the cupboard doors, which I can not do either of these. I measured almost 14 &1/2 inches high as you can see in my photo. I have written the seller to correct the description.

I love the way NINJA takes the ordinary makes a few changes and creates something extremely extraordinary!!!!!I’ve had ‘em all. This is the best! I drink several cups a day and this has a warming function that keeps the coffee perfect.

Best feature is that the coffee carafe doesn’t drip when pouring which has been such a problem with past coffeemakers. Love the removable water reservoir. This doesn’t have a permanent filter but I had one from another coffeemaker that fits fine. Everything snaps in place nicely and I really hope this lasts!

No messy water. It looks clean all the time.
