I send out about 200 newsletters a month. I ordered this paper folder to save me time, but I didn't want to pay the $300+ for one of the more expensive models. I thought I would give this budget budget folder a try. You can't beat the price. But this is not worth it. I'm returning it today. Out of 200 pages I just folded, about 50% of them had some kind of crease or unwanted fold on the side which took me extra time to fix and then the paper did not look very good on top of that. 17 of them were so badly mangled I had to reprint them, which again took extra time. Overall, I easily can hand fold these 200 pieces of paper quicker than using the machine and they'll look better. I know some reviews say you just need to practice, but even with steady hands it is nearly impossible to be perfect. In addition, as I read in other reviews, the machine throws sparks out the side and the paper sensor broke after about 10 pages so now it runs continually. If you want a paper fold you best pay a little more or find a better brand than this one.

I like that it speeds up folding letters. I send a newsletter to numerous people, and folding was tedious. It would be nice if it could also fold a page in half, not just thirds.

This was perfect for my project. The paper went in easy, folding quickly and there were no problems with jamming at all.

So, I loved the folder for the first 200 folds. As soon as I plugged it in, it started throwing sparks when you plug into the unit.It worked awesome for 200 folds and then just stopped working. I thought maybe they unit thought there was a jam. I went to remove the knob on the bottom to spin the side to try to "clear" the non-existent jam.It was impossible to remove the part on the bottom to do a manual clear on the side. The top of the knob (which is a flat disc) broke off and fell into the machine like a planko chip.Luckily, I only had it for a few days and am requesting a replacement and hoping I got a garbage unit.Fold is super fast and easy to use, if it mechanically works.

Very easy to use. Saved me hours of hand folding hundreds of letters. Only very few came out crooked when I didn’t drop it in straight. Definitely recommend if you have to fold large quantities of letters.

Right out of a box, I I tried it first with one piece of paper and it went through fine, second time with two sheets I tried and it worked fine. Third time the paper got jammed. A lot of trouble to get it out, the tool that came with it did not really work. Tried it again, it worked, tried again and the paper got stuck again. I already had it for a few months when I wanted it to use it for a mailing, and it had worked the first two times out of the box, so I could not return it in time. Would recommnend to use it immediately to see if it works, so that you can still return it if it does not hold up.Also, it is not that much faster than folding paper by hand.

The letter folder works very well and is easy to use.

This machine broke down easily. The automatic feed is always on, it grabs paper and folds the paper in odd shapes. Very poor quality. Very, very disappointed.
