Works
Works like a charm. Two caveats: 1) The slave is polarized, but both legs of the slave are the same size. You have to figure out which way it plugs in by testing it, then remember which side faces you. 2) Turn off the camera's preflash or red eye reduction. It does no good to have your main light fire before the shutter opens.

came in great shape!
I love this poster as my cousin and I are volunteer firefighters. We hung it up in our room and it came in great shape and is very good quality.

Hard to Find Item
I have an older studio flash unit that is triggered using a household plug. I looked for one of these, off and on, for quite some time, but they are very hard to find. As I was searching for other photo gear on Amazon, one of these appeared in the related items list and I bought it immediately. It's a little pricy for what it is, but this is a hard to find specialty item that I will, hopefully, only have to buy once. I can now use my pocked wizard to trigger my speed lights, which in turn trigger my studio flash. This is essential to creative lighting without breaking the bank.

OK but not as sensitive as I wanted. Was within 12ft in a room using full power on trigger flash bouncing against a white Muslin bkg and it did not work. Kept it for smaller uses.

Great product except for one thing
Great product except for one thing, if you dial your monolight or studio strobes to the lowest setting, it won't set this slave off even if your lights are two feet away from it.
