Great lock to fit when you have a motor mover fitted only gripe is had to take foam off pole to fit on my wheel as gap very small (others may not have too), had to buy this as my caravan insurance insisted i had to have one great lock for the money i would recomend it for a wheel clamp for caravan

Bought the milenco caravan wheel lock. Put it on as the instructions. Took it back off to make sure that it was working. Put back on. Would not come back off. Jammed onto the wheel nut supplied. Had to cut the lock off with a angle grinder. Lock is knackered. Disappointed. Anything you can do as I am a good customer.

This lock is sturdy once you have it in place. It appeared quite fiddly when I first got used to putting it on the wheel but that was my fault, ( You need to read the instructions first). It now takes only seconds to connect to the caravan wheel. Good piece of kit.

If you don’t need this to pacify your insurance I wouldn’t buy it. Lock is fiddly and key never engages easily to remove, feeling as if you could snap it if turned too hard. A good visible deterrent though but leaves me feeling that I might need to get it cut off some time in the future.

Remove one of the wheel nuts and screw in the supplied locking nut. adjust the distance from the lock to the wheel using the supplied allen key. Thsts pretty much it. Easy to insert into the wheel, no messing about aligning the wheel first.. So far so good...

If you purchase this lock or a wraith , you will have to contact Milenco directly after receiving the lock to request them to send you a barrel replacement. This is because the original does not fit the alloys on Bailey vans. Unlike the statement on this sellers description of “fits all caravans”.
