Might be ok for some things.
Might be ok for large horizontal jobs where you have time to practice but for small or medium jobs with verticals a sponge or brush works better, The wheel is a hard material and the flow is hard to control and the wheel is too hard to hold the liquid against a vertical surface long enough for liquid to stick, everything you squeeze out ends up on the floor.

Staining my grout, defiantly the worst job I've ever done! I purchased a few of these and they made it a little easier.

Good applicator
Applicator works easily. I had to press on bottle to get grout sealer to fill the total width of the grout.

Leaked all over, didn't work well on floor tile and didn't work at all on wall tile.
