I gained muscle.
I have been buying this for about 6 months now. It's everything I need before an active day in the mornings. My husband uses it too as he cycles 12 miles to and from work everyday and I'm a runner and gym goer. I've noticed a huge difference in our body compositions, muscles are looking a lot more refined and both of us have gained muscle. But obviously we are meeting our protien needs too. I highly recommend if you need a little energy with your creatine.

Potent stuff
Really potent stuff but beware how high you dose as it made my skin itch so bad. Spread out with small doses and seems to give good boosts

Good but not value for money
This stuff is very good really pumps u with energy but the most stupid thing is they put tiny spoon in there which u have to scoop 10 times for one serving also for this price it contains barely 15 to 20 servings absolutely not worth such a price tag even if it is good u can get similar for much cheaper

Es hält so lange wie die empfohlenen Mengen, aber je nach Plan und Routine kann es länger dauern oder man kann zu wenig nehmen. Die Verpackung war vollständig versiegelt, obwohl sie ein wenig abgenutzt aussah, vielleicht die Verpackung, aber das Produkt war nicht in schlechtem Zustand, so dass es nichts Alarmierendes ist, nur ein bisschen eine Überraschung.
