It works couldn’t do without my Sirius radio it’s my lifetime radio

My original sirius onyx power cord snapped and I purchased this item as a replacement. I was concerned at first that the wire looked much thicker than the original, but it works great. I paired it up with a belkin micro charger and it looks even better than the original. The cord is short, which works well for me in my 2007 prius with a vent mount, but it wouldn't have worked for a window mount. Definitely measure the distance you need to cover. For me a shorter cord looked even nicer. Shipping took longer than I would have expected with Amazon Prime's "2 day" shipping. I think it took 4 days? Not terrible, but longer than I would expect. Item was packaged well and new.

This works great. I had a noise in the radio and by using this and plugging into the radio itself for power the noise went away

We got my mom a new XM radio this year (SiriusXM Edge) and this came up in recommended. Works Great, she has 2 usb plugs on her dash, one now goes to the GPS, and the other to the XM Radio. we wrapped the 2 cables with plastic wire minder, and it looks very clean. the radio needs a few seconds pre-boot before the power button works (the USB loses power when you turn the key off) but thats the radio, not the cord (it does the same thing plugging in the radio into the BB2 speaker dock)

We bought this with hope that this power charger cable for our portable Sirius Radio would last longer that the two we had bought previously. And it definitely has! The USB plugs into portable power adapter that plugs into the power port in our car and doesn't bend where it plugs in. Much nicer that the other power charger cables that pluged in directly to the power outlet. Our other ones kept bending and it didn't take very long for the cord to break down and fall apart. Very frustrating ! This one has lasted a year, still going strong and we couldn't be happier!

This power cord works well to power my XM radio xpressRCI radio. However, the shielding on this cable is very poor and interferes with FM transmition of the signal to my car stereo. When using this power cord I get a lot of static or and sometimes even get no radio signal. If I hold the cable in my hand it clears up much of the interference, thus it is probably a shielding issue on the cable.Very disappointed and would not consider buying again.

I tired to use this cord with my SiriusXM XDVIV2 OXYNX receiver. I coupled it with a 5V 2.0 Amp Samsung Fast Charger AC adapter. The receiver powered up, but you have to know that the adapter only provided 4.9V DC to the receiver. The Car adapter provided 5.3V. While this difference seems minor, it was enough to reduce the power out from the OXYNX's FM transmitter so that it had a notable decrease in performance. It works if you are using a cable between the radio and the speaker system, but not so well when you have to use the FM link to the radio/speaker. This isn't the fault of the cord, but rather that you will be hard pressed to find a USB power supply that gives anything more than 5V. This also explains why SiriusXM hasn't come out with a USB power option.

I bough the Onyx plus with Auto Kit. Didn't put two and two together that it was useless in the house without a power adapter. Have many of them but none worked with the Radio. This does perfectly. Way cheaper then a home kit.

Shipped quick. Works great for my Sirius set up in my work truck which does not have a traditional 12v but has more USB then you know what to do with. Never had any issues getting good reliable power to my radio unit.

I love the Power Charger USB Cable. I already had an adaptor that allows the USB cable to plug into it, so I am able to plug my satellite radio into a wall (when I got my satellite radio it came with the car kit only). Now I can use my satellite radio at home and at work. The seller is great as well as the product was exactly as advertised and I received my product in around the first day of it's estimated arrival date.

Plug in is too big for onyx, which uses “power connect” dock.
