The Penguins of Madagascar Dave 9 Talking Plush (Cartwheel Kids)

Got this for my son. He is a big Dave fan. Sounds just like John Malcovich and it's very cool. Amazon shipping was fast as usual. It arrived in the morning, and here it is evening and everytime I look at it my blood presure rises. $70 for a 9 inch stuffed doll that talks when you squeeze its head, there will be no way to replace a battery when it stops speaking. Its insultingly tiny and apparently the makers of this toy cannot count because it only has 6 legs instead of 8. It looks like it belongs in a 50 cent toy machine. If it was bigger, I might feel a little better about the cost, but please someone tell me how people justify charging 70 dollars for a 9 inch stuffed animal. Unless you kid is a real Dave fanatic like mine, I dont recommend buying this. Get a cute talking penguine like skipper for $14.99.

Daughter loves it. I just don't like the fact that it was 50 dollars and it was so small but she loves it regardless

Super Cute and it's Dave!!!The Only Problem I have is mine didn't talk. I guess the Battery is dead, but it's Okay. Got it for my 10yr son with Autism he loves the Penguins Movie and Dave. It would have been a Super bonus if he worked, but still very Cute and Very Large. Can't wait till Easter. He's going to Love It.

Definitely met my expectations. My son is a huuggee fan of the movie penguins and from the moment he's gotten his dave, he has not put it down. The voice sounds just like dave from the movie which I wasn't sure would happen. Overall very, very satisfied customer.
