When I first tasted it I was upset because it taste like water lol with a tab bit of tea flavor. However the tea became my every night drink, only once a day. I'll let the tea bag sit for 30 minutes before drinking it. I'll either eat 30 minutes before or after I drinking the tea. Most say the tea doesn't work after drinking it so much. What I noticed "well for me" the tea decrease my appetite, it also makes me feel tired "maybe its just me" it relax me, after drinking it, there's this warm sensation goes through my body lol. Maybe it's just me. I timed this whole thing, I have a routine now. I drink it between 8-9 p.m it'll wake me between 4-6 a.m I'll be on the toilet for about 30 minutes or less. This would happen about 4 maybe 5 times that day. I don't have a big appetite, I do eat mostly at night so I think I've made the right choice by drinking this tea. Before drinking this tea my number 2 was only once a week it sucked big time. So you already know I'll most likely be drinking this tea for the rest of my life lol.. Or until my number 2 game gets a bit regular. Good thing this tea makes you pee as well alot.. So this tea like a water pill as well as a laxitve. The tea doesn't hurt my stomach how those detox pills did me. The tea does give you the poop feeling pain but nothing like omg I can't take this. If you drink water it'll help with the pain. You'll have to pee alot on this tea... I get angry because I have to go pee when I just got comfortable after i just peed. I ended up buying myself two more of the 42 count so I don't run out. Happy it won't harm me all natural herbs.. I'll say I don't feel it has caffeine of course not it does say drink before bedtime. And on top of it, it has me more relaxed than energetic.
