Crayola Chalk 24ct

Chalk arrived as promised and none were cracked or broken. We've used this product before and are highly satisfied with the quality of the chalk and the color tones. My academically advanced pre-school aged child has autism and uses the washable chalk to write numbers and words on the walls. I've been able to clean the product off of paint and sealed wood with soap and water, and it has not stained any of his (or our) clothes. Also works well for its intended purpose (asphalt/sidewalks) and, again, easy to wash away with either a little soap and water from a bucket (great way to get a kid to clean up after self and save some water) or with a spray or two of the hose. When we opened the six sets of 4 chalks, it made a great real-life learning opportunity to discuss multiplication as well. He is currently working on other sets of chalk that equal 24, which is great to observe. Great product that is perfect for a child like mine.

So, I used to think all sidewalk chalk was pretty much created equal. How wrong I was! My daughter received a package of Crayola sidewalk chalk in a birthday gift one year, and we've both been hooked ever since. The colors are so bright & vivid that I was afraid they'd stain the cement, but they wash off beautifully with a good rain or a spray from the hose. I love that there is such a variety of colors in this package, and I love that the price drops to a very reasonable level (around $3 is a great price!!) from time to time. If you get these for a child in your life, you may just find yourself outside coloring with them! :-)

For a small price, this set of sidewalk chalk has entertained children for HOURS. The colors are vibrant, with a huge variety of shades. I originally bought these for myself, to create an easy way to tell guests where to park. The ends are pointed, making them great for any kind of detailed drawing or font. I don't have any kids, but having these around for those who do visit was the best $4 investment I've ever made.

Best side walk chalk for the money! Love the shapes of the chalk. Our driveway has a gradual slope to it, so round chalk has ended up in the street many times! But this chalk stays put & has saved us a lot of trouble! Will never buy round chalk again. The colors are also very vibrant, & the chalk pieces last longer than a lot of other brands. Good stuff.

This is a steal for only $3, albeit an "add-on" item. My only complaint about this set is the distribution of colors. Each stick in this 24 chalk set is a different color/shade and they did a poor job is picking the variety. You only get one green of which, is very light, almost a "powder blue" (or green-blue). That and you are only given 1 black, and limited primary colors. There is only 1 white but two other off-white shades that make this a non-issue. Aside from the too-few colors, there are a lot of shades of red and pink. Too many. Once your child plays with the chalk a couple times, it will seem like half or more of your chalk is shades of pink. The chalk itself is nice and thick and will last longer than you'd expect. I find that it rarely breaks too (being dropped onto pavement constantly I can confirm it doesn't happen as often as you'd think). It's a great set and for this price it's an amazing deal. After buying a few of these ($3 a pop) I found there is a 48 count box for $5 so I'll be buying that from now on. I have a 2 year old who is obsessed with chalk and I find this to be a great activity that we both enjoy. It's fun and if done right, can be educational in the teaching of animals, numbers, letters and colors.

Not your typical sidewalk chalk! Other chalks are generally limited to pale pastels in a few colors, but this set actually contains 24 different, vibrant colors! They also color more smoothly without as much of that uncomfortable scratchy feeling you get from more cheaply made chalks. I think they might get used up somewhat faster as a result of going on more smoothly, but it's worth it for the bold colors and great feel. I liked that they were wrapped in fours inside the bigger box, it made it easy to take out a few at a time for the kids without getting chalk all over everything. Bought on sale, they didn't even cost much more than the really junky kind.

Work perfect for my toddler son and myself to draw outside on the pavement. The cool thing is the colors are super bright and they last through a gentle rain. These have become my sons new obsession and everyday we end up covered in chalk and running around drawing the puppy dogs beautiful artwork!!! I will definitely be purchasing these again when our first batch runs out!

This is my favorite chalk for the kids. The colors are much more vibrant and the kids like that it has the point. Kids seem to like this brand so much more than the cheaper ones. I try to load up when there is a sale.

Box dented, chalks broken.

I bought this for our grandson and was expecting the dusty chalk of yesteryear but it is comfortable to hold and not dusty. More like a crayon than chalk but comes off nicely with water. It breaks but we’ll have this and bring it out for many many years

Mis hijos los aman, los colores increíbles y se quitan por completo literalmente con un trapo seco. No se han roto y mis hijos son bebés (los tiran todo el tiempo)
