Very hard to compress. In my opinion to stiff. They may get better with use. They did fit perfectly.

Very easy to install, I used a utility knife to take the pin from the top, but I lost the little thing that holds pin in place. No worries, other side been missing for years. If I run into a problem, I’ll use a skinny nut & bolt, cotter pin or even a wire tie. Works as good as I remember it, even better

It only took me about 10 minutes to install these. They work great and fit reasonably well, although I wish the top joint was a close match to the pin and bracket that they mate with. They are a rather loose fit at the top, while the OEM part has a captive plastic bushing that keeps it nice and snug. Still, unless you are opening your rear window a hundred times a day, I can't imagine it being an issue. Hey, I'm just happy to not have the glass drop onto my head while I load up the vehicle!Happy customer.

I have been looking for supports that were as long as these for my blazer for awhile since all the ones that I had tried were too short compared to what came with the car oem. Granted they have been on for only a few days but it is nice to finally have the right size strut so I am not having to worry about ducking to access the rear of my car.

These where easy to install once you know on how to do it. The press nut on the top pin needs to be removed in which that was the hardest part. I replaced the pin with a 6/32 x 3/4" bolt and used a nut with nylon in it to keep it in place.Now my back window moves up like new. As I noted above these are for a 4 door as they are different than a 2 door style.Thanks!
