Magpul Bump Case for Galaxy S9 & Galaxy S9+

Durability: 10/10 (every part of the case including the thiner polymer areas feel strong and durable)Material: 10/10 (feels like the same polymer as Magpul's stocks)Design: 10/10 (if the tactical look is for you) (fits extremely well, the buttons are very reliable, fixed my problem of always accidentally hitting the bixby button as they aren't hard to push but most of the time you have to be trying)Functionality: 9.5/10 (the only reason it looses .5 points is that the cut out around the head phone port is a bit small for headsets/phones that have a wider cylinder around the plug, it should however fit most earbuds, and some headphones just fins, as it is in my opinion still fairly wide at I would estimate to be around .25") (the ramp for your finger to contact the scanner is a little bit steep and uncomfortable, but not extremely so, and it's still a good trade off for the additional thickness of the case) (has feet on the back to keep it slightly suspended, though not noticeably by the naked eye above flat surfaces)In conclusion for just under 20 USD you get a case that is designed from the ground up to be used by operators around the world, from law enforcement to the military, probably even private security, so for a civilian it will prove an excessive amout of security for your device, from going to work, to backpacking, the Magpul case has you covered.

I've had my Galaxy S9 for a year now. My original case, which I liked, finally reached the point of needing replacement.I've had good experiences with other Magpul products and I like the rugged aspect. However, I just still can't get over how much I love this new case. It looks great. It has a really good feel to its surfaces. The buttons are definite and stiff, with raised and shaped ridges that make them easy to know what you're pressing. No more accidental Bixby launches!.Every time I pick up my phone I'm impressed by how much better it feels in my hand. A lot of thought went into designing this case. Like every other Magpul product I've had, it brings incredibly well-built small little details into an accessory that makes overall use of the bigger something easier and more fluid.I just can't rave enough about this case. Pay the money. You wont regret it if you value function and precision

I used this on a Galaxy S8 plus phone. Not an S9 plus phone. It fits the S8 plus phone perfect, and all the buttons lineup and work correctly. The only issue is the S9 plus case has a different shaped hole than a case for and S8 plus on the back where the camera is. The problem that arises from this is the S9 plus case covers your S8 plus Flash. So far I have only needed my Flash once and I just took my phone out of the case to use the Flash. I'm sure you could use a dremmel tool and cut a hole in the S9 plus case to allow the Flash to work. I have had one of these cases for a Galaxy S5 years ago and loved it that's why I bought it for this phone. I love this case just as much. Too bad Magpul does not make a correct case for and S8 plus phone.

This case fits the best of any case I have ever bought. It doesn't move around and rub the phone at all. It protects the phone. I've dropped it and it hasn't cracked anything. I had nice looking case for my s8, but it did not protect it from a drop. This one keeps my s9 looking brand new.

Background:The first case I purchased was defective in the left-hand button controls making the buttons unusable. Luckily the Amazon replacement process was easy and the second case fit without a hitch. If you are worried about similar similar issues I suggest purchasing one sold by Amazon.com. The replacement was perfectly usable like it should be.Pros:- Very stylish design, if you are into the whole tactical appeal, this is THE case. The Magpul utilitarianism design means it's sleek without all those gimmick edges and protrusions around the case. The finish looks and grips like a PMAG with the ribs on the surface. The overall profile is still perfect for trouser pocket and urban use.- The hybrid plastic design makes putting on the case very easy - simply snap the phone into it.Cons:-Watch out for deformities of the softer plastic parts, I suspect my first case was defective due to the soft plastic edges deformed. This is also a concern for screen protector fits.- The headphone jack hole may be too small, or at least in extreme scenarios. I use a 3.5mm to 2.5inch adapter for my Sennheiser HD600 headphones and the 3.5mm jack is too big for the case. Though if you are using something more common it should not be a big problem.- The raised camera and fingerprint sensor rib can make reading the fingerprint more difficult. Although it's definitely for the protection of the cameras, I believe the ribs should be lower or perhaps with a flatter slope. Also, it seems rather redundant since there are already four small legs to raise the phone when laying flat.Overall:Excellent case for the price and looks with a few minor annoyances for a nitpicky person like me.

Perfect fit for my Samsung S9 (not plus), as everything Magpul make, this cover is very strong and rough, protects the phone very well and it will last forever. My only concern is that the material is very plastic and not too much rubbery so the phone tend to slip off your hands as well as if you put it on any surface. This is not a deal breaker for me but maybe it is for some others.... I fully recommend it...

It's Magpul.. What's not to love about it? The fit and finish is great, perfect texture to hang on to. Buttons function great. Only con? With a screen protector? The protector won't quite last. I've gone though 3 in two months because of drops. The case doesn't quite offer the corner protection that others do, but that's ok with me. I love it. I bought both colors

Classic chunky Magpul styling which gives excellent protection to phone. Thickness of case also ensures full protection for slightly protruding camera lenses on rear. Meanwhile, front of phone well protected by lips, plus four very small "feet" at corners allow phone to be safely placed face down on flat surfaces to prevent any burn-in damage to screen when casting YouTube, etc to tv screen.

Espectacular carcasa. Pero si le quitasen los resaltes de los laterales de la funda aún mejor porque se puede confundir con los botones por el tacto.
