Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot Corrector, 1.7 Fluid Ounces

I have sensitive skin with age spots beginning to appear. This lotion is the best product I have found for treating my skin. It lightens the spots to a level that makes them less noticeable (it will not eliminate them). My skin is fair and almost translucent in some places above my eyes and on my hands. I use this lotion on my hands, arms and face, I have always had freckles, so the spots appear to be more like freckles when I use this lotion. The lotion is not thick or greasy...it is very light and has a slight fragrance that dissipates quickly so there is no lasting odor. Also, a little goes a long way! The product arrived on time from the company. The price is very reasonable from other skin treatments I have tried. I would recommend Garnier Clinical Dark Spot Corrector to anyone, especially those with sensitive skin who would like to lighten and even out skin tone/complexion.

This has improved my skin immensely. I think I have added this to my regimen consistently for about a year now. I tend to wait to review on skincare product just to see if it really makes an impact like it claims to--and this did! I add it to my anti-aging cream with a touch of rosehip oil in the morning and at night after my witch hazel I use as a toner. All in all it isn't used solely as a moisturizer ( and I wouldn't think it would be good as just that since its not what it is marketed for) so it needs a little more if you are someone who gets dry skin. I have combo skin and I tend to randomly break out and my skin seems to be sensitive after with dark spots. But with just a little of this (a little goes a long way) I have maintained more of an even-toned complexion! In just a day or two those spots lighten and its a godsend!

This is the second month I have been using this product. I was reluctant about using another so-called miracle product after all the misery I went through...I eventually decided to give it a try.Although I didn't notice any significant improvement during the first two weeks,things improved dramatically the next two weeks and just after a month, I could perceive a remarkable enhancement in my face tone, plus a partial disappearance of black spots. Of course, they are not fading as fast as I would like. A major drawback I had to contend with so far is insomnia. Yes, when I use this product at night, I can't turn in easily as I used to. The high level of Vitamin C could account for that, that's I would recommend other customers not to wait until time to go to bed before applying it.Be sure: if things change I will come back and take some stars off.

Got this product mixed up with Garnier Overnight Peel since they both read exactly the same for the 1st five words when posting the review... the only thing showing was "Garnier Skin Renew Clinical Dark Spot...". The review for the peel was intended for this product - the Dark Spot Corrector!I haven't used any of the peel yet.For this product - This is working very well for me. I did not have any dark spots but I bought it for hyperpigmentation (sun tan removal). I am African American and my face had gotten 3-4 shades darker than the rest of my body. I had used it over a year ago with good results but got careless with sun exposure so here I am again. I am getting gentle but persistent lightening results. This is my 2nd tube and I would purchase again.

Pretty weak in effectiveness in correcting dark spots but is a great moisturizer--light, non-greasy, pleasant scent. My dermatologist told me that the only effective treatment for dark spots (such as from acne) are #1 TIME, #2 no sun exposure or strong sunscreen (the sun will stimulate the melanin production, a.k.a. dark spot, in even already faded spots), and #3 clinical strength topical medication--prescription for tretinoin cream which is the stronger version of what is in most "dark spot corrector" products.

I really, really wanted this to work but I actually think it made my dark spots worse. I used this for over a month and I am so disappointed with the results. I hated the smell of the lotion and the feel of it on my skin (almost sticky). In addition, I felt that it clogged my pores too. When I wore it during the day, my foundation wouldn't go on smoothly and you could see the texture on my face. Worse of all, I feel like all of my spots are a lot darker than they were. I am really disappointed because I really wanted this to work!

I do a lot of gardening so dark spots are a fact of life. I use these creams to keep them from taking over half my face. I used to use the Nutra Luxe MD Snow White Whitening Day Creme - works well, but very expensive.Looking for something less expensive, I bought this based on the reviews here. It doesn't work quite as well as the Nutra Luxe, however. It's adequate, but much more watery than the Nutra Luxe. Citrus scent is pleasant. Because of the excess water, it actually isn't that much cheaper - you use easily twice as much as the more concentrated Nutra Luxe Snow White.

Purchased this for my girlfriend. She was skeptical because of the poor reviews but made me purchase this anyway (and who the heck am I to say no???).So far (3 weeks) she really likes this product. She has asked me many times if it has "improved" the "spots" to which I have always replied "never noticed any spots" or "oh yeah that looks great, I can barely see anything". Not lying, I really have never noticed hat she is talking about.I don't know if this works or not to be honest but I can tell you this; it makes my girlfriend happy and that is all I care about. Us dudes don't notice these "dark spots" that all you ladies think you have. After you use this does it make a difference? Maybe. I'll tell you it does every time you ask though. In the end, if you feel better about yourself and are more confident, then that is all that matters.I would recommend this product.
