This is the third time I have ordered an adapter for my computer monitors and all I have to say is that UpBright is awesome. The first two times I had to order replacement adapters for an HP monitor that I had had for a little over a year. When I discovered that my adapter was beyond repair I went to the Best Buy where I had bought the monitor thinking that they would carry replacement parts for it, but no such luck. I then tried Fry's Electronics and Staples, but no luck at those places either. What was funny, or actually kind of irritating, was that Best Buy, Fry's, and Staples all had some HP 2011Xs that they could sell me, but no stinking adapter. I then tried Radio Shack and Batteries Plus Bulbs, but nope, they did not have the right size of barrel plug (i think that is what it is called). I thought I would try to find an adapter on Amazon, but even after I supposedly found the right one and then ordered it I did not have much hope it would actually work when it got here. Well, it worked perfectly. When I had to order another one a few months later (I have cat who if I forget to cover every inch of every cord in my house with flexi cable wrap he will find a way to tear it to pieces), and that one also worked perfectly.Six weeks ago I bought a new 23" Dell monitor and when I put that one together I forgot to wrap the top portion of the adapter cord with the flexi cable wrap, and so I was in need of a third replacement adapter. Now, since this monitor was literally less than 2 months old I figured that Best Buy would definitely have a replacement adapter for me to buy, but of course, they did not. It kind of dawned on me at that moment that it is really crummy that these big electronic stores don't carry any replacement parts, that if you need a replacement part to keep your monitor running then they cannot help you with that, unless of course you want to buy a whole new monitor. So, I came home and ordered a replacement adapter from UpBright for my new Dell monitor. I put that order in on Saturday morning, had it shipped just regular mail, and when I got home from work today (today is Monday) the adapter was in my mailbox. When I plugged it into my monitor it worked perfectly, just like the first two I ordered.These guys have saved me three times now. I honestly do not know what I would have done had UpBright not been option. Oh, yes I do, I would have had to buy a brand new monitors each time. So, I guess I can honestly say that UpBright has saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you!!!!

I initially bought this on impulse and it didnt fit my specs for something else i had but worked perfect for my laptop as a charger.

The cord works fine but after I plugged my monitor in, I realized my monitor is broken. I planned on returning the cord since I dont need it now but I just found out that Amazon doesn't accept returns on this item. Which is the reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5.

The Adaptor plug Does NOT fit snug into the port.It powers on, but easily comes out. Would not recommend.

The device works as described. It seems very light weight compared to the original equipment. Shipping took 5 days in-spite of the Amazon prime next day shipping offer on the product.

This device has worked just as expected and the price was much better than vendor pricing.
