Worked fine those years but then went out
Had this machine for 3 years. Worked fine those years but then went out. We decided to buy the same machine again since we'd just stocked up on ink. When the machine arrived from this seller all the button labels were in Spanish. Since the majority of our employees speak NO Spanish at all this machine won't work for us.

It is in another language. I am an American. This should have been in English. Not at all satisfied.
