ZVOX VoiceBud VB20 Hearing Amplifier with Two-Microphone NoiseBlocker Technology, App Control (Silver/Grey Right)

I bout a pair of Starkey Hearing Aids a few years ago ($2k-$3k). I recently lost the right one and did not want to spend big bucks again. I found the ZVox VB20 and thought I would try it before I spent a lot again. I have used it for a couple weeks and I cannot tell the difference between the Starkey and ZVOX. The VB20 has 4 modes but I find #2 the best . And you can control the volume in each mode. I looked at some Chinese brands as well but I have had ZVOX products before and they are a USA company and you can call for support if you have an issue.

This isn't a perfect hearing aid. But it is much better than my old hearing aids that cost 10 times as much. I don't know if that was because of the hearing aids, or the tech who adjusted them. But they never worked well. I especially like being able to control these via a smartphone app. My old aids switched programs "automatically" which meant I never knew which one it was using. I can switch programs via the app or via switches on the aids themselves, so I can choose the one that works best. I can also adjust the tone (put have only "treble" and "bass") to my liking. Had to have the tech do that with my old ones, and she never got it right.I also had a battery leak in one which shorted it out. They sent me a new one at no cost and no hassle. It only took about a week, a day more than the two way shipping time.They also come with 2 each left and right sound tubes and small, medium, and large ears bells in both open and closed styles. So they can be easily fitted for the individual.All in all, these are great. I would like to be able to get a bit more amplitude from them and have more range adjustment on the tone. But at the price, these can't be beaten.

I am very pleased with this item. However, only 1 week later the price is reduced by $50. Can I get a credit for that amount or should I return it and reorder?

The voice bud is a extremely good hearing amplifier. My wife lost the right sound tube and has not been able to use it for the last two weeks. Can you send me both a right and a left sound tube? I will be glad to pay for new right and left ear sound tubes.

Very interesting. These hearing amplifiers look very similar to the Retone Vigor hearing aids, made in China, I purchased on alibaba.com for less than $90. Same specifications. Same look. Same phone app.

I recently went to a audiologist and was fitted for a pair of hearing aids at the cost of 4500.00 I tried them for 6 weeks after not getting the kind of results I expected for that kind of money, so I returned them. I have extreme hearing loss in my left ear and moderate haring loss in the right ear. Someone recommended Zvox Voicebuds and so I decided to give them a try since they had a 60 trial period. WOW these Voicebuds are amazing. I hear better with them over the 4500.00 pair. I love being able to control them with the app which works great. They are not a miracle product but have improved my lifestyle and I am now ordering a pair for my mother. Thanks ZVOX!

very small, very clear voices, app adjustments a plus, bluetooth works with phones well, noise reduction works unnoticed, battery life a little short but they are cheap anyway,

Love it. Only wish the ear tube was longer.
