I find Luminite to be a great and safe aid for sleep. I don't have insomnia, but there are days when life stresses and worries (family, country, the world) affect my mind and make sleep very difficult. When this happens, one Luminite capsule is of great help. About 20 minutes later, I fall asleep naturally and wake up refreshed in the morning, ready to work. The sleep is smooth, with no wild dreams, all normal. The price is right.

This was originally recommended to me by a local health food store. When I could not sleep, and the melatonin was only giving me about three hours of sleep, they suggested I try this. It gives you 5 to 6 hours at least of sleep, but be aware that the Valerian will make you have pretty odd dreams at times. But you do wake up feeling as if you've had a good sleep and you feel ready for the day.I Now order this directly from Amazon because I know I'm gonna get it delivered and it's a little bit better price than the local stores. While I love to support local, there are times when you have to consider ease of delivery and pricing combined.

Didn't really have an effect on me and I tried it several times. I love Lumiday and thought I'd give this a try. Not sure why it didn't work for me. I will try it again for a few days and update my review if something changes. I do love that it's all natural ingredients.

I am estrogen dominant and 53 years old and I can not sleep more than an hour or so without help. I did not think I would like this product but it helps a lot. It works for me even better when I combine with 1 Tylenol PM - I then sleep at least 5 hours. When I take Tylenol PM I only take 1 and it stopped working so well by itself.With this product I awake feeling like I got sleep and I am not dragging all day. It is important to get at least YOUR minimum sleep requirement because you can end up having issues during the day. When I got really bad I was zoning out during the day - twice while driving so not getting enough sleep is dangerous! This product helps a lot. I hope this helps someone.

I had been on ambien for over a decade. When my doctor wanted me to stop taking ambien, I did some research to see if there were any other, non-prescription, non-habit forming alternatives. I decided to try Luminite. It works well for me. I am happy to be off the ambien. Luminite helps me to fall asleep. I may wake up during the night, but I am able to get back to sleep. For me, this product is fantastic!
