MinnetonkaMen's Classic Camp Moccasin

Very comfortable pair of moccasins. Very stylish and durable.

I have purchased Minnetonka moccasins for my husband and my self in the past. They are comfortable and they fit true to size. Minnetonka moccasins have been a staple in our house for many years. The sole is thick enough to walk outside and soft enough for inside use. They offer an array of colors and sizes. Very durable.

These Moccasins have quite a handsome look that is backed up by good quality. They are also comfortable and roomy, however that is ultimately the issue I had with these. For a size "12", these felt too big toe-to-heel, and there was extra room for my foot to slide back and forth that. I usually prefer a size "12.5" as well because I have larger feet, and can say these felt larger than a 12.

These are a little large for the size to me - for reference, I wear a 12 in Sperry's and these 11's are just on the large side of perfect. I think these are my favorite Minnetonka mocs so far, after a couple of weeks. I have the dusty brown/suede driving mocs and they are great but a little loose in the back (due to the nature of their construction) and look a bit more just like slippers. The classic mocs' sole is a bit slippery and the inside is smooth, which makes them a bit less comfortable without socks in hot weather. These are very nice and comfortable, with the more suede/unsmooth feel on the inside. Color is a little closer to tan than I was expecting. I thought the soles might look a little fuddy duddy based on the picture, but they don't. They did look a little cheap/plasticy when first taking them out of the box, but they're a good grippy rubber. The laces are a little cheap feeling and wanted to come undone a fair bit at first, but seem to break in a bit and hold the knot. I've been trying to track down a perfect pair of inexpensive mocs in the Minnetonka line and I think these are it.

I had moccasins like these in High School back in 1957. Almost all the guys had them. I bought a pair from Bass shoes a few years later and then they quit making them. I found these online and scooped them up. I really like them because they are comfortable and unique. Reminds me of my high school days. I am trying to NOT let the old man in.

These moccasins are sturdy and well constructed. However, they are quite wide. I was able to tighten the leather laces that extend around the upper edges of side and heel, to keep them from slipping uncomfortably. If your feet are wide, they may fit well. Mine are slightly narrow; so, it was necessary for me to make quite a bit of adjustment for them to fit comfortably.

FIT WAS AS DESCRIBED AND NOT A SINGLE REGREAT FOR PURCHASING ONLINE. USUALLY LIKE TO TRY ON SHOES PERSONALLY BUT DECIDED TO GIVE THESE A TRY AND THEY JUST PERFECT IN FIT AND WE ORDERED THE SIZE MY HUSBAND GENERALLY WEARS AND THE FIT WAS JUST RIGHT AND COMFY TOO.

Angenehm zu tragen, mal mit fester Sohle, was bei nassen Wetter und wenn es ein wenig kühler ist, sehr angenehm sein kann. Farbe wie abgebildet, wir stehen auf die Marke. Ein toller Sommer und Frühjahr Schuh.
