do not hesitate
Design: Audi team designed this small sexy camera. Easy to carry, light weight, beautiful color. (because of this design, a lot of fashion people love it too.)Performance: compare to design, the performance of this camera is high enough to take a best picture of your daily life.I'm really sensitive at visual, so you guys can trust me.Few month ago, I bought Samsung smart camera. The wifi system was way too slow, and performance was not good enough for me. You know wat? I sold it again to used market. However, this camera yo. Unless you are professional photographer, it would be hard to find bad point of this camera.I didin't rate my samsung camera. But this one, I want to rate. 5 stars. Do not hesitate

Not for iPhone
This is a nice camera, great pictures, but they're useless because it's so difficult to post them online if you have an iphone. Leica AND AMAZON should make it clear that it is not very compatible with IOS. It's too much of a headache to go through all the Leica v Apple proprietary nonsense. Once again the consumer bears the headache. I'm going to send it back if I can. There are many other options out there. I also feel it's overpriced.

Excellent camera
I've had this camera for about 2 months now and have shot about 1500 frames and video. It is super sharp and has a great lens. The optical zoom has plenty of coverage. I was concerned about the plastic case but it has not been an issue at all. It is very solidly built. Battery life excellent and it has never gone dead (but I charge it after every use) . I carry it everywhere with me and it fits on your person well even in jeans pockets. I couldn't do that with my Nikon coolpix P7700 which I had just purchased prior to this. I shot the two cameras side by side on a recent trip and they were both excellent, but the Leica is much smaller and about half the weight too. The automatic lens cover keeps the lens clean and surprisingly free of pocket lint. It comes with Lightroom software but you have to make an account with Leica and download it from there. A CD is NOT included with the packaging. I would easily give this camera 5 stars except for three things. 1. The flash is located on the wrong side of the camera. Your finger gets in the way and blocks the light when you take your shot. It should be on the other side where the red logo is, like every other point and shoot. A pretty bad annoyance I corrected with a piece of foam tape added below the flash to prevent my finger from getting in the way of the flash. 2. The main control button on the top of the camera catches when you take it out of your pocket causing it to change settings. This probably wouldn't be a problem for a woman who carries it in a purse. 3. The electronic view finder is useless. It is way too small, especially if you wear glasses. They should have put in an optical one or just left it off. If you are the type of person seriously considering dropping $700 on a point and shoot, you must be an serious and experienced photographer. I can tell you that you won't be disappointed.

Overpriced with little to nothing to offer
It's a shame when people have stooped to an all time low to spend $630 on a point and shoot camera that offers close to nothing worth your actual dollar. How could anyone let themselves be fooled by such a shallow scam? It's like trying to sell a Hershey's bar for $200 and slapping a label on it that says "Exquisite".From the specifications listed on the Leica C it lists a "Larger Sensor 1/1.7" which they clearly don't bother converting to actual mm so you can compare it with other cameras, which by the way is 7.44 x 5.58 mm. Now compare it to what most people consider the "bare-minimum" of modern photography which is (Micro 4/3rd) 17.3 x 13mm. It's not even HALF of a Micro 4/3rd camera. This alone most people wouldn't worry about, let alone second guess but the fun only starts when you actually take a good look at the lens which you can't replace or interchange for your $630 camera.Leica advertises it's lens as being a "Fast Leica DC Vario-Summicron lens" but is it really so? The lens is an F2–5.9, you can grab your coffee or take a smoking break before reading this next bit as it involves some math. If F2.0 is the fastest the lens is at WIDE OPEN it cannot by any definition be even close to being considered "fast" especially when conversions are taken place. It is a marketing gimmick and shear outright scam to consider the lens on the Leica C "fast". In order to see why we need to convert the aperture (F2.0 at wide open) to 35mm(full frame) equivalent. We do this by multiplying the crop factor time the aperture value. Since the sensor is a 1/1.7" sensor the crop factor is 4.5x. So our equation will be (Aperture)2 x 4.5(Crop Factor) = F9.0. Yes, that's right... 9. This camera has the equivalent aperture when shot wide-open(F2.0) as a full frame camera shot at F9.0. Forget shooting in low-light situations, you will need some decently powerful lights to do that. I don't know about you but that is outright, ridiculous. Then there's the megapixel count, which I won't even go into. A little search and you'll find that 12.1 "effective megapixels" is like scraping the grease off a pan after making bacon. So you are paying $630 for a camera you can never change the lens on, has an aperture of 9, presents their camera in a shady almost scam-like way, and has fewer effective megapixels than any camera I've seen at this price point. Unless you are a itching to completely waste your money then I would advise you to not purchase this disgrace that likes to price itself as if it's a high-end camera. Most people are excited about the wi-fi capability of this camera, but why? Every modern camera has built-in camera remote control at this point. This includes Sony, Olympus, and FujiFilm to name a few. All of which offer a free app on both the Android and iOS app store.

yet it is easy to use for the average shooter
This camera is used by many professionals, yet it is easy to use for the average shooter. Don't let the price stop you. It is worth every penny. Take some time to read reviews and on line suggestions. Once you have even the basics down, you will take some great pictures. The zoom is very great with an effective 200mm ability. While it took wonderful pictures, I dumped my Canon Rebel T3 and all the lenses because I hated dragging it on overseas trips. This camera slips into my shirt pocket! One word of warning, if you have big hands, this camera will be a little harder to handle, as it is very small.
