We order it often.Organic, cold pressed, unrefined.Can be used for cooking, oil pulling on teeth, as a carrier oil for essential oils, after tanning oil, winter dry skin oil, intimate lubricant, massage oil, healthy coffee creamer/sugar substitute, and on and on.Absolutely pleased with the quality and price from this company. Just wish they sold it in a 55 gallon drum size!

amazing. i use for my hair, teeth, i put this in smoothies and use to dilate oregano oil to take as a supplements, etc. i got the 32oz when it went on sale. so many health benefits with this and smells so good. you can use it for your skin also but i would use with caution as it can clog your pores

I use this for a skin condition and since day one of using this it has cleared up the condition. This is the best brand and quality you will find and if you're in a similar situation it is worth a shot, of course it won't work for everyone. Also, unless you live in a very hot climate all year you will need to very so slightly heat this up to use as a lotion. I use a microwave, or sit it in front of a wood fire/heater during winter.
