SilverStone Nonstick Steel Cookie Pan, 11 x 17-Inch, Marine Blue

U usually use non stick foil but tried without the first few times. The coating is very slick and worked great and cleaned great. I am thinking I will get another to replace some old ones. The only thing I had was when I used it the pan warped somewhat. It laid flat after it cooled but the 3 times I did use it this happened. Has not bothered me and not sure if it is due to I just got a convection oven so do not know how or if it would warp in a regular oven?

As previous reviewers mentioned, this product does stain easily, after the very first use. But I felt it would be vain to remove a star for that... I've used the pan and few times with no problems besides the staining. However, I just used the sheet this evening to roast Portobello mushroom caps at 400 degrees. There were 3 caps in the middle of the pan, lightly oiled. When I took the sheet out after 15 minutes to flip the caps it was severely bowed! Enough to make the oil slide to the corners of the pan. Once the pan cooled it reverted back to it's original form, but I'm not sure I'll use it again...

We've had these for several months, use for cookies and roasting veggie slices (425 degrees). Oils do sometimes leave a stain but that doesn't seem to impact the non-stick properties. Clean by putting a small amount (about a tablespoon or so) of dishwasher detergent (not dish sink soap) in it, mixing in some hot water and letting soak for 5 minutes. The pans do warp at high temps, but go back to shape when they cool. For the price, very happy with them.

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She has been using Silverstone cookie sheets ever since I can remember. The color is beautiful, festive, and stands out (making it easier to grab amongst pots, pans, and other cookie sheets). However, the color does get stained easy, so please use tinfoil and save yours from chicken grease stains (maybe it was just a user error). Lastly, the "popping" of the product has been improved but not solved. It only popped once, but it was right as I pulled it out of the oven (making me jump and almost drop the chicken).

Nice so far, only used a few times. DO NOT LEAVE WATER IN THE UNDER EDGES. Like if you wash it and then lay it upside down to dry, the water can pool in the under edges. THEN you have orange, rusty water. Just hand dry it well and lay it right side up. It has stained from use, but I feel that a stained cookie sheet is the sign of a well-loved item and good use. I don't feel it effects future uses.

Neat brilliant red color. Ceramic-coating feels high quality. BUT! I have to send it back because it needs to fit in my 11x17 inch oven (the smaller of a high end 2-oven system). And this product does not measure 11x17 inches. It says it does. But it doesn't. The INSIDE measures 11x17 inches (so THAT's what they were talking about by 11x17 inches!) But the outside measures around 12+ by ?? inches. I didn't measure exactly. Who cares? It doesn't fit. I'm sending it back. To bad. I never actually got to try it.

The best cookie pan in the pantry. The finish is super slippery which requires NO greasing. When I cooked some fish sticks directly on the pan, they slid around as I was taking the pan out of the oven, a good thing. They lifted right off with tongs and washing the pan with hot, soapy water without any scrubbing was a breeze!!The first time I used the pan in a 425 degree oven, it did warp a little but immediately flattened out when I took it out of the oven. That was one time only and hasn't done it since. Personally, I would recommend this product as it has performed as expected for me. I want to get the smaller size eventually.

This is a good alternative to using toxic aluminum. Baked goods come out great, and vegetables come out pretty good on this pan. I would not recommend cooking chicken in this pan, it comes out bland and boiled in comparison to using cast iron.I've made ribs in this pan, and it left stains from the drippings in this pan.It is a hassle not to be able to stick it right into the dishwasher.
