ESR Trifold Smart Case for iPad Air 3 2019, Auto Sleep/Wake Lightweight Stand Case, Hard Back Cover Smart Case, Navy Blue

Purchased this for my new ipad air 2019 model, it is very well made and should last for years, you can see the apple logo through the rear of the case. The fit is perfect with all cuts outs exactly in the right places suggesting that this is made specifically for the new air 2019 and not the earlier ipad pro 2017 as some cases apparently suit both (not sure how this works unless on those cases there are extra cut outs for the additional speakers on the earlier pro). The auto on / off magnet on the front flap works well and is strong enough to ensure the case doesn't flip open when held upside down.

This fits my iPad Air 3 perfectly in a minimal design that doesn’t detract from the aesthetics of the iPad i.e. it looks good and covers both the back and front. The back of the cover is sufficiently transparent to show the Apple logo. The magnetic lid turns the screen on and off easily and efficiently. There was a small problem with my initial purchase and I contacted ESR where Vicky from the support team replied very quickly and sent out a replacement the same day, the original was returned through Amazon. The service from ESR was excellent and friendly. I would definitely buy from ESR again.

The cover is ok when it arrives, sturdy if put on a table. But after a few months of using it the corners have broken off and that it is - you can't use it anymore. So if you need a cheap cover for a few months it is ok. Won't be buying here again.

Perfect case for the new iPad Air (2019). Strong magnets are helpful in keeping the folding stand in place when you pick it up and move around. Seems very durable and would expect 3+yrs of use at least.I bought the blue case and the back is not a solid colour, but translucent so you can see the back of the iPad through the case.

This is easy to fit and dismount and is excellent except for slightly misaligned volume button tabs which I cut off as they interfered with quick adjustment of the volume. Apart from that looks good and keeps the ipad safe.

The worst iPad case I’ve had in 9 years of iPad ownership. While initially the case seems decent, the plastic on the rear is so brittle that little bits break off, meaning the iPad falls out of the case easily. Not good for £750 of tablet.

Bought previously for iPad Air original in different colour and it was so good I bought another for new iPad Air.Fits great and good screen protection whilst slim and light.Lasted better than original apple leather case which was 4 times the price.

Good product and I am pleased. Was recommended to me by my friend who also purchased the same one.
