Compact, quick to charge and well built!
I often run out of power when out and about. This has an AC socket and charges my MacBook Air nicely, which is the main purpose I bought it for. Also charges my iPhone XR and GoPro with the USB port. It feels very well made. Surprised how quickly it charges, about 3 hours and a half to be fully charged using the power adapter provided. It gives me loads of extra power for devices throughout the day. In addition, I tried to put my own USB charger on the AC socket, which worked fine, providing two extra USB ports for me.It comes with a very neat, well-made carry case to keep all cables and accessories together. Highly recommend this charger, it has everything I need and more!!!

Does not charge laptops! Do not buy!
DO NOT BUY RAVpower Laptop Power Bank!!!!!Bought this item before going to live and work remotely from Indonesia for 3 months, as I thought that being able to charge my MacBook Air on the go would be useful. Terrible item. The plug point did not work to charge my MacBook Air, despite it being advertised as such. Everything else I own has a USB charging point so there was no need for the plug charging point. So the plug point and therefore size became really useless. This item is very heavy and not good for travelling. You can get other items that have the same battery storage but half the price. I am incredibly disappointed with this useless item.I don’t know if the plug point is just faulty, or whether it is not actually able to charge a MacBook Air, as advertised. I would not recommend this product for that purpose and I would also not recommend it for charging smaller devices as if is far too heavy and bulky.I am so disappointed with what a waste of money this item has been, do not buy and save yourself the hassle I’ve been through!

Disappointing
I’ve tried giving this item sufficient time since it’s purchase, to be recharged and see if it retains a good level of power, however it has failed todo so. It was purchased to power a small led lamp whilst I am out and I’ve continued to test it whilst at home and I’m not even seeing an hour of illumination, which is really poor for the price of the item.

Great Product, but needs to charge via USB itself
I'm giving this 5 stars because it does precisely what it says it does, is well made, and much smaller than I initially thought (think mug-diameter). I also got it for ~£60, which is fantastic value. But if they update it, please PLEASE make it so it charges over USB instead of a tiny needle jack proprietary plug. Part of the point of this device is so you don't have to carry half as many cables and chargers with you, but they built it so it requires its own proprietary charger! It's a mild annoyance, but one that made me laugh and go "Why?!?" when I opened the box. There's just no need for proprietary powerplugs in a world where you can deliver 100W over USB.The plug socket is a feature I explicitly needed, it saves that 'oh I wish I had a cable for that' moment when you've got a device that is old, or new but inexplicably won't do USB charging, or the battery bank you bought doesn't meet whatever weird requirement some company has come up with (and also means you can bring an intelligent USB multi-point socket adapter and have 6-8 wires trailing out of it, not being restricted to the built-in ports of the battery bank)Both the USB-C and USB3.0 charge ports work great, but I did notice that my Motorola G7+ (which has TurboPower USB-C charging) wouldn't TurboPower charge connected directly to the USB-C port. It would, however, if I plugged its wall adapter into the plug socket, so there we are, another reason to go for this over a 'normal' USB powerbank.I haven't tested the mAh rating fully, but it was easily enough for 3 and a bit full charges of said G7+ before I had to charge the bank. As the G7+ comes with a 3000mAh battery and I was using the device (heavily, I was filming with it) during said charging sequences, I think 20,000mAh is probably about right. It's also brought my work laptop (Dell 5480) back to full charge a couple of times (over USB-C), which is good enough reason to have it around.Just please make it USB charging. For sanity's sake.

Working great for my phones and laptop
This is my the first AC power bank. It is quite light weigh, easy to carry it out. And it’s coming with a nice carrier box. It works perfectly with my phones. Also works very well with my ASUS laptop. During the charging, even after 2 hours charging with my laptop, it’s not hot. If you often run out of your batteries, I highly recommend this power bank. It’s definitely money worthy.

Good value
Bought for use when camping, got about a week or moderate use at a time. Good investment instead of always replacing smaller cheap ones
