If you are building your system on a budget and know how to PROPERLY build it, then this is a nice little amp. I have a 2017 Ford Transit 250 Extended Hightop for delivery and expedite work and since I'm on the road 10-14 hours a day, I'm building a system to take care of some of the boredom of being on the road for long hours. I have 2 Lanzar HTG-447 4 channel amps and 3 Lanzar HTG-157 mono amps all controlled with a BOSS BX-55 crossover, a Chinese Double DIN Android Head Unit and Sirius XM touch screen receiver. For speakers I'm using 4 Pioneer TS-A6996S 5 Way 6x9's in a custom box above the rear doors, 2 Pioneer TS-A1680F 6.5" in the rear doors, 2 Pioneer TS-A6990F 5 Way 6x9's mounted in the front of the cargo area behind the seats, 2 Pioneer TS-A1680F 6.5" in the front doors and 3 Infinity Reference 1262W dual 4 ohm Subs wired to 2 ohms. Each sub is powered by it's own amp. Currently in an old sealed box from an another project that will be replaced with a custom vented box that I am building. The system is powered from the main truck battery and a 4 battery bank with Exide Batteries. I have 3 4gauge power cables from the battery bank to each of the fuse blocks. The amps, crossover, power inverter and fuse blocks are mounted to the wall behind the drivers seat. The entire cargo area has been paneled in plywood and painted black. I need to keep as much space open as possible for cargo. The picture attached does not do the system any justice and it is still under construction due to my limited home time. I hope to have it finished in the next couple of months.This system kicks ass, sounds awesome and gives you a good back message while driving down the road. You can't go wrong with Lanzar amps if you install and feed them with the proper power. Like any amp, you must feed them properly and with as little distortion as possible.I don't believe the advertised wattage of the Lanzar amps and I don't have an amp dyno to verify the power output but for the price, you cant go wrong. Set up properly the have a nice clean sound for a reasonable price.FYI, I still have a couple of 10+ year old Lanzar amps in my car that my daughter now uses as a daily driver and they are still going strong.

It arrived finally after it eas delayed by FedEx you are getting so much a this price high power and 3,separate adjustments for out frequency For each channel ,, for what you are getting and price no amp comes close, the issue was on RCA INPUT JACKS FOR channels 3-4 had no ground on terminals block so could not use those channels, but 1/2 channels were ok the installation was complete iand turned it on wow the range of frequency from low’s to highs you are able to adjust to your liking is great, unmunfortunately I need to reorder a new one do to the input terminal defective female RCA INPUTS, so I can have all channels working , hopefully the next one will be without any issues,, the replacement arrives and guess what the same issue the shield on the input FEMALE RCA ARE LOOSE DO I DECIDED TO FIX IT I REMOVED THE RCA INPUT TERMINAL NLOCK AND FIX IT THE GROUND METAL RING WAS NOT INSTALLED USING THE THE TABS THAT SHOULD BE BENT TO KEEP IT FROM MOVING, my opinion is a cheaply made ( I will be replacing both of these rca input terminal block with better grad ones , again it’s working and after you finish making your adjustments to your liking WOW THE PIWER SND CLARITY IS UNBELIEVABLE

Using it in 4 ohm bridged to push a couple of 10's, does very well. I am sure it is not putting out a true 1000watts but it is putting out plenty for my use. Like others have stated it does tend to overheat and go into shut down if pushed hard.

This is a very high power amp. I got 2 from amazon prime with fast ,free shipping and no damage. I waited a few months to in stall them . I built boxes with open ends and removable cover and 2 fans on the cover to blow over the unit and out the ends with 4 gage wire feeding it and 2 20 amp capacitors to power. They were super clear with great bass. Running 1 12''sub rated 1200 RMS each. Well after 9 to 10 months use ,a lot on 1 and very little use on the other amp they both stop working after you turn them up over 2 power setting on the radio. I us to turn them up to 10 or 12 and that would just about blow you away, couldn't even talk to the person next to you with out yelling. Yes this amp is super but it wont last 2 years. I don't think I can return my 2 amps because I waited 5 or 6 months to install them . The 1 year warranty has expired. I am going to give them 4 stars because they are super amps. They just don't last . What is with that.

Fits great underneath my truck seat, out of sight. I was worried it was going to be too big but it fits perfectly! This amp is really good so far!Edit 8/12/13 : Amp does Overheat within 30 minutes running two subs. I do not have a fan for it yet but am told if I have a fan it will be better. I'm happy of the sound and quality of the amp. Ill be buying another one of these since I will be adding two more subs to my truck. Im currently thinking of ideas on how to put the amp in my crew cab truck without it overheating.Please do remember tho, I run my subs all the time on full power which is probably a reason why it overheats wihtin 30 minutes. the cooldown time is about 15-20 minutes then I can run it again. You CANNOT bridge this amp. Ive tried many techniques trying to bridge it and it just goes into safety mode. Which is fine since ill just be buying another one of these amps for more power out of my other two subs.

Used this amp for approximated 4 hours when it shorted out and blew. Since warranty is only parts I didn't send it in for warranty work. My other Lanzar amps work fine so I mujst ordered another one,

After about a year of wrecking this amp at full volume with a 12” pioneer speaker and bass enclosure every single day I can happily say , it’s a very well made amplifier.The amplifier is very well made and really worth the money. It puts out a serious amount of power. Recommend this amplifier to anyone looking to power a single 12” speaker and doesent want to spend much money. I bought it originally for €75.

No hace bien el corte de frecuencia para los bajos y metía distorcion , aparte de que tenía roto el switch selector de corte. No lo recomiendo
