Reliable consistency, quality product
I use this sunflower lecithin in combination with powdered ascorbic acid (vitamin C) in a blender to make liposomal vitamin c supplement. This brand has a consistent quality, the texture of honey, which binds easily to the ascorbic acid. I am pleased with the quality of this product and have used it for several years.

Great for Gummies
I'm making gummie bear's and other assorted candies with this. The flavour is bitter but like someone said it does carry a sunflower taste which I liked. The consistency is very thick, I added it to hot water from the faucet to help loosen it. Save yourself the trouble by having your oil mixture warmed up so the Lecithin mixes especially for candies. I haven't tried it in smoothies or cold products for it will be harder to blend. This product is best warm..The value for 2 I'd say is fair for being organic, and when I got mine they were in a bag together nicely sealed for freshness and quality control. Over all I think this product is worthy of buying again but I may try a power to compare the difference in how it works.

Best value I could find.
First time purchase of the liquid form. Previous dry powder orders OK but more recent reviews complained about product quality. This pours easily, flavor is neutral, mixes into my smoothies just fine. When I calculated how much choline per serving this formulation came out on top for the cost.

Useful.
I use this as a general purpose emulsifier in the kitchen. It has a distinct sunflower seed flavor, but I find this does't read at the levels you would use in most foods. It pours OK at cool-ish room temperature (say, 60F). The viscosity is close to molasses. At room temp, it will mix well with oils, but more difficultly with aqueous things. In hot liquids there is no problem either way.

Best For Bread vs. As a Supplement
The powdered Now sunflower supplement I really like to add to my coffee (think Bulletproof alternative) was out of stock. I found this thinking (mistakenly) it would dissolve better in coffee. The Now product tastes mildly sweet almost nutty. This product does not. And it's anhydrous. But, it really takes my homemade bread to the next level! So a happy accident for me.So now ordering sunflower oil and probably will again order the powdered Now product in the future. These two bottles will last me years as a bread emulsifier.

Absolute gold for vegan exclusively pumping parents
Yes, it's a weird texture and taste, but I took this like medicine as a vegan exclusively pumping oversupplier with chronic clogged ducts, and boy, I saw the difference. If I forgot my tablespoon per day, I often would get a clog. Most people just take the capsules, but they usually have gelatin in them unless you get the ultra-expensive vegan ones. But this works just as well!
