The relief of back pain this gave me is amazing!
The installation was super easy and it has several level adjustments! My back pain was relieved almost instantly and the stretch is so perfect I don’t want to get off of it! This is also very sturdy, absolutely great value and so easy to take on the go!

Lines of Raised Bumps Unwanted by This Skinny Person
I couldn't travel with my "Back Magic" so when I started an extended stay in another country, I ordered this imitation. It is generally effective and certainly adjusts my lower back very quickly with just a 30 second relaxed lie-down (I'll even hear cavitations sometimes) , but the raised bumps on this brand are a detraction, not a bonus.I am a somewhat slender person, with not a lot of body fat, but I do consider that my back is a bit flabby. Strangely, my fat is still not enough padding to withstand the two lines of bumps that run up and down the sides of this device,See, you've got this slotted plastic surface that can be bent into an arch (4 possible positions) to give curved pressure on the backbone (your chiropractor is not likely to want you to use this thing for anything more than 2 minutes at a go). If you can just relax onto this for a short time, your back adjusts to its proper and healthy arch. But what possessed this manufacturer to put such highly raised bumps in parallel lines up and down this thing? I find them annoying. I can't be bothered to keep returning merchandise until I find one with less prominent bumps, but bonier and fine-boned people may wish to scrutinize user reviews and compare better than I did. That said, I do achieve the desired effect (lower back stiffness gone) very quickly when I use this. I used this because I was having horrendous back discomfort and stiffness nearly every morning. My chiropractor had me use the Back Magic every day, but I really use it only about twice a week at this point.

Easy and makes me (almost) pain free
Absolutely love this. I have a bad back. I would get a massage monthly to keep up with it then covid struck and so did the pain. So I decided after about a month of agony to look into something. My massage therapist laughed me off the phone but then I saw this as an add on Facebook. Cuz apparently the world is always listening and prepared with targeted advertising....but I digress. So I check reviews on Amazon and decide to give it a try. (Massage therapist aproved). The plastic is a little stiff and feels as if it will snap if pushed to tight. It won't. Or at least it didn't.I started in level 1 and got up to level 3. I won't go higher than that. When you lay down, especially for the 1st time, the pain may make you swear so make sure there are no young kids around.I take a exercise noodle (like a pool noodle on steroids....also called a foam roller) and place under my legs. Either at the butt or under the knees. Either way, keep your legs straight. Or slowly graduate to straight...remember when I said the pain may make you swear? So I graduated to straight. The pain feels great. Like a good pain. After a few moments air releases from my back in different spots like a POP! For me it feels great. Unless situps are something you do professionally, it will be awkward getting up. Make sure you lay down on something soft yet firm when you do this. I don't have an exercise or yoga mat so I used my dogs bed. Getting up is difficult and it hurts a bit. Once I stand up I'm good to go for the day though. Realistically this sets rid of about 60% of my daily pain. I bought 1 for my massage therapist too.5 min a day. I do at 8am daily.

Idea is good- spring for a better model
I wanted this to crack me like a glow stick. The first time I used it I was underwhelmed. This is better suited for stretching you back, but will give you a satisfying crack every once in a while! I have considerable back pain and had used a similar item previously with great results.I keep this on the third setting to stretch my back and now am unable to adjust lower. The arching plastic piece is not of great quality and frequently slips out of place when in use. And makes it very difficult to adjust to different settings. The base came with very sharp edges that I had to file down. Just excess plastic from mould seams I think.Overall I like this product but when I buy again I will definitely go with a different brand, this one seems to cut corners.
