I'm a runner training for marathons.My week usually has some 10ks, and weekends have got a long run ~25K or so. Wanted to get something which calms my muscles by massaging them. The product comes with a carrying bag. Overall the product quality is satisfactory. The bag quality should also have been better. The foam roller material feels dense and is good for exercises. The hand roller also is very handy. They do not have any video on exercises that can be done with this roller. A single page is provided in pack which shows images for full body roll. Overall a satisfactory experience with the product till now. If I search bodylastic on web then a website opens but is not for this brand. So the brand name seems to have been copied. Not so sure about it though. Anyways a good experience till now.

I was very skeptical to buy this product as I have seen a number of low quality products in the market. But the first impression of the kit was super impressive. If was all well packed in a bag and kit bag is ready to be easily carried around.The rollers were of high quality and exceed my expectations. I would strongly recommend this kit for anyone looking to buy deep tissue rollers. Provide great muscle relief after exercise.

Wasn't sure initially of how hard the roller would be and while it is medium in intensity, you get used to the raised foam and it actually feels good after using it a couple of times. The accompanying stick and balls are also very handy to work those other areas of your body that need more precise pressure. Good quality and necessary for people with stiff muscles and mobility issues.

Have used the product for 2 weeks now and its an excellent product for the athletes (running / cycling etc). Good foam factor on the roller.The rod is also handy (superficial massage) and the 2 roller balls also are of good quality.

Awesome product, made of quality material.Very useful for recovery after a run / gym / walk or any exercise activity.Plastic ball is very useful for massaging under feet.Green roller is useful for massaging your calf and shin.I would recommend this product, a good buy.

This foam roller comes with a plastic cylinder inside on top of which you have the roller made of rubber like material. If you will use this foam roller regularly like I do, the plastic cylinder inside will crack and break, rendering the whole thing useless. The other stick and ball might be useful but the foam roller is not. Broke in roughly one month of usage. This is best avoided.

So, I decided to buy, the resistance band, in addition with the massage kits, all the products are really very good and very fairly priced.
