Directv WNC Dish with Triple LNB

I received this dish ahead of schedule and in the end it worked great. I had trouble aligning it and thought the LNB was bad so I contacted the shipper and they sent me some replacements! In the end I discovered that the location I was trying to use didn't have a good view of the area of the sky that was needed. I moved the dish and everything went well.

When I placed my order I did not notice what mount would be included in shipment. I contacted you about not being able to use the arm and you promptly sent out the arm I needed. You did not ask for more money or additional shipping charges when you provided the new mount. For these reasons I am happy to give you a five star rating.

When I ordered this it was wrote that it was an HD dish, well that was a waste of $85. I will not ever buy from this again! After the headache of dealing with direct tv to get them back here ,then to find out I still didn't have a HD dish, I was not happy at all. So now I have a $85. piece of scrap metal.

Dish arrived sooner than we expected and works very well. All parts included as shown and packaged very well....no damage. I would recommend this product.

We use this dish on a tri-pod when traveling in our RV. We just grab up one of our home DVR boxes and never miss a TV show on the road.

I wanted a second dish for camping and other purposes. I already had one and knew it worked well. It was a no brainer to buy another.
